Abstract
Di Negara Indonesia yang merupakan negara kepulauan terluas terjadi ketidakseimbangan baik pembangunan maupun perekonomian antara wilayahnya. Terutama di daerah sulit akses seperti pulau-pulau kecil yang minim sarana prasarana transportasi. Hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya pemenuhan barang kebutuhan pokok dan kebutuhan sehari-hari penduduk. Gagasan perancangan kapal yang berfungsi sebgai toko terapung diharapkan mampu menangani permasalahan persebaran barang kebutuhan di pulau-pulau terpencil. Toko terapung ini adalah sebuah toko grosir yang menjual barang kebutuhan pokok seperti beras, minyak goreng, gula, serta barang kebutuhan berupa pangan dan non pangan lainnya. Pola operasi toko terapung menggunakan 1 (satu) titik asal yaitu pelabuhan Kalianget dan mengunjungi sepuluh pulau tujuan di wilayah Kepulauan Sumenep. Jumlah roundtrip dalam satu tahun sebanyak 123 kali dengan total jarak tempuh 107,13 mil laut. Dari hasil perhitungan dan perancangan menghasilkan ukuran utama kapal yaitu panjang (Lpp) 44,05 meter, lebar (B) 9 meter, tinggi (H) 2,6 meter, dan sarat (T) 1,99 meter dengan total biaya investasi pengadaan sebesar Rp 33,82 milyar dan biaya transportasi sebesar Rp 100,06 ribu/ton/mil laut. =================================================================
In Indonesia, which is the largest archipelago country tend to occur imbalance development of economy among the territories. For instance, it is dificult to acces remote islands with poor transportation infrastructure. This causes difficulty fulfilling the principle commodity and daily necessities of the people. The idea of a ship design that serves as a floating store expected to solve the problem of the principle goods distribution on the remote islands. This floating store sells principle goods such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, and other food and non food products. Floating store operational system has one origin point wich it port of Kalianget and 10 islands destination point in Sumenep archipelago. The floating store ship’s main dimension are 44,05 meters lenght (Lpp), 9 meters width (B), 2,6 meters depth (H), and 1,99 meters draught with cost ocured by Rp 33,82 billions thus it effects on the unit cost by Rp 100,06 thousands/ton/nautical mile. Total number of roundtrip are 123 times in one year with 107,13 nautical miles total of distance per voyage.
