Abstract

ITS sebagai insitusi pendidikan sangat memahami pentingnya memfasilitasi pendidikan anak usia dini, oleh sebab itu ITS membangun TK Sepuluh Nopember yang berlokasi di Perumahan Dosen ITS guna memfasilitasi anak-anak dari dosen dan karyawan ITS. Selain itu, TK Sepuluh Nopember juga menerima murid dari luar ITS. Selain TK, karena kesibukan orang tua dalam bekerja maka dibutuhkan tambahan fasilitas yaitu daycare. Apalagi jaman sekarang kebanyakan orang tua tidak percaya dengan kredibilitas pengasuh. Anak usia dini mudah menangkap visual dan bunyi yang dapat dilakukan dengan bermain. Bermain juga merupakan fasilitas anak untuk mendapatkan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu konsep bermain diterapkan ke dalam desain interior. Permainan tradisional dilipilih sebagai keunikan desain terlebih untuk mengenalkan anak terhadap permainan tradisional. Permainan tradisional juga memiliki banyak manfaat dalam melatih motorik. Perancangan interior TK dan Daycare Sepuluh Nopember diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang ada. Sehingga dapat mewujudkan tujuan dari pendidikan anak usia dini dimana proses tumbuh kembang dapat berlangsung dengan baik. ========================================================= ITS as an educational institution deeply understands the importance of facilitating early childhood education, therefore ITS built TK Sepuluh Nopember located at Perumahan Dosen ITS to facilitate the children of lecturers and employees of ITS. In addition to kindergarten, because of busy parents in work then it takes additional facilities that is daycare. Especially today most parents do not believe in the credibility of caregivers. Kids are easy to capture visuals and sounds that can be done by playing. Playing is also a child's facility to learn. Therefore, the concept of play is applied to interior design because of these reasons. Traditional games are chosed as the uniqueness of the design, especially to introduce children to the traditional toys. Traditional toys also have many benefits in motoric training. The design of Kindergarten and Daycare interiors is expected to provide solutions for the problems. So it can realize the purpose of early childhood education where the process of growing can take place well.
