Abstract

Sistem monitoring gas CH4, CO2, dan H2S dalam biogas adalah mutlak diperlukan untuk memastikan keamanan dan melindungi peralatan serta untuk pemantauan kualitas gas tersebut. Dengan menggunakan sensor MQ-4, MG811 dan MQ-136 diproses melalui ATmega128 dan ditampilkan pada LCD4x20 yang disimpan pada SDcard secara real time menggunakan modul openlog dan DS1307. Sampai saat ini masih belum ada sistem monitoring kadar gas biogas pada input dan output kolom purifikasi secara realtime. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa Monitoring gas CH4 dengan persamaan Y=1021x-2.7887 pada range pengukuran 0-10000 memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 0.29%, sensitivitas sebesar 0.258 mV/ppm dan non-linieritas sebesar 0.02% yang menghasilkan nilai kenaikan pada outlet kolom purifikasi sebesar 27.15%. Untuk monitoring gas CO2 menggunakan sensor MG-811 dengan persamaan Y=-17.644Ln(x) + 264.76 pada range pengukuran 0-10000 memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 0.42%, sensitivitas sebesar 0.0096 mV/ppm dan non-linieritas sebesar 0.3% yang menghasilkan nilai kenaikan pada outlet kolom purifikasi sebesar 7.16%. Dan sensor MQ-136 untuk mengukur kadar H2S dengan persamaan Y=39.996x-3.303pada range pengukuran 0-100 memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 1.32%, sensitivitas sebesar 0.2 V/ppm dan non-linieritas sebesar 0.18% yang menghasilkan penurunan nilai konsentrasi H2S pada outlet kolom purifikasi sebesar 94.04%. Setelah dilakukan kalibrasi didapatkan nilai ketidakpastian (Uexp) pada sensor CH4 sebesar 2.95, CO2 sebesar 9.59 dan H2S sebesar 2.77. Hasil pembacaan monitoring input dan output kolom purifikasi ini disimpan pada memory dengan kapasitas 16 GB dan dapat bertahan selama ±10 tahun.

Gas monitoring systems CH4, CO2 and H2S in biogas are absolutely necessary to ensure safety and protect equipment and for monitoring of gas quality. Using the MQ-4, MG811 and MQ-136 sensors are processed through ATmega128 then the data will be displayed on LCD4x20 which is stored on SDcard in real time using openlog and DS1307 modules. Until now there is not monitoring system of biogas gas content in the input and output of purification column in realtime. Based on the test results obtained gas monitors CH4 with the equation Y = 1021x-2.7887 in 0-10000 measurement range has an accuracy value of 0.29%, sensitivity of 0.258 mV / ppm and non-linearity of 0.02% resulting in an increase in outlet of purification column of 27.15%. For monitoring of CO2 gas using MG-811 sensor with the equation Y = -17.644Ln (x) + 264.76 in 0-10000 measurement range has an accuracy value of 0.42%, sensitivity of 0.0096 mV / ppm and non-linearity of 0.3% that increase in purification column outlet by 7.16%. And the MQ-136 sensor to measure H2S with equation Y = 39.996x-3.303 on the measurement range 0-100 has an accuracy of 1.32%, the sensitivity of 0.2 V / ppm and non-linearity of 0.18% resulting in a decrease in H2S concentration on Outlet purification column of 94.04%. After calibration is obtained the value of uncertainty (Uexp) on CH4 sensor of 2.95, CO2 of 9.59 and H2S of 2.77.The results of reading input and output monitoring on this purification column are stored with the datalogger openlog module on memory with a capacity of 16 GB and can last approximately 10 years.
