Abstract

Pada tahun 2017 tim Nogogeni ITS mengikuti perlombaan mobil hemat energi, Shell Eco-Marathon Asia (SEM-A).

In the 2007, Nogogeni ITS team take a part on the event
Shell Eco-Marathon Asia (SEM-A). Nogogeni team participate
in the category of Urban Concept – Battery Electric which is held
in Changi, Singapore. In order to improve the efficiency of the car is
required a stable and light chassis.
In this final project will be calculated the distribution of
forces that work on the car chassis Nogogeni 3 Evo while doing
acceleration and braking. The materials used are Allumunium 6061-
T6. From the analysis will be taken the largest force which then
performed calculations to determine the strength of the chassis used
and remain safe when used to drive.
In this analysys and recalculation, we've got the maximum
normal stress 1,735 MPa ≤ |
