Abstract
Kesadaran akan pentingnya pemuda untuk membangun iklim kewirausahan di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Pemerintah termasuk BUMN juga mendukung peran kepemudaan di bidang kewirausahan teknologi seperi Indigo Incubator, Wirausaha Muda Mandiri, Gerakan 1000 Startup Digital, dll. Adapun fasilitas yang disediakan oleh beberapa institusi dan swasta tersebut yang dinamakan sebagai Inkubator Bisnis. Fasilitas yang biasanya diberikan oleh Program Inkubasi Bisnis ini antara lain adalah tempat(space) yang digunakan sesama peserta dari program inkubasi bisnis sebagai kantor bersama untuk bekerja biasanya disebut dengan coworking space.
Konsep dari coworking space sendiri adalah sebuah jaringan antar berbagai ruangkerja (workspace) di seluruh dunia, sebuah tempat bersuasana semiformal yang memungkinkan berbagai komunitas pekerja-berorientasi-hasil (Result Oriented Worker) berkolaborasi . Pada saat ini, Coworking space di Indonesia memiliki banyak
keuntungan antara lain biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk menyewa space tidak terlalu banyak karena konsep sharing space, dapat menggunakan alamat coworking space tersebut sebagai alamat kantor sehingga memudahkan untuk pengurusan, Surat Domisili, SIUP dan pendaftaran Merk Dagang.
Modern Urban yang diiaplikasikan oleh penulis dalam redesain ini membentuk persepsi masyarakat tentang dukungan Telkom Indonesia terhadap karya-karya anak bangsa yang siap untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang ada di Indonesia. Mulai dari kesan hightechnology melalui material-material yang diaplikasikan dan
juga pencahayaan-pencahayaan yang sesuai. Selain itu, DiLo Surabaya memiliki layout redesain yang open space ditambah dengan beberapa elemen yang mendukung untuk produktifitas dan inovasi pengguna

Awareness of the importance of youth to build the climate of entrepreneurship in Indonesia is increasing. The government including (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) BUMN also supports youth roles in the field of technopreneurship such as Indigo Incubator, Wirausaha Muda Mandiri, 1000 Startup Digital Movement, etc. The facilities provided by some institutions and private business is called as Business Incubator. The facilities typically provided by the Business Incubation Program include the space used by participants of the business incubation program as a joint office for work, usually called coworking space.
The concept of coworking space itself is a network among multiple workspaces around the world, a semiformal atmosphere venue that allows a variety of resultsoriented Worker communities to collaborate. At this time, Coworking space in Indonesia has many advantages, among others, the cost required to rent space is not too much because the concept of sharing space, can use the address coworking space
as an office address making it easier to manage, Domicile Letters, SIUP and trademark registration. Coworking provides "conventional corporate office work, but in a very unique way." Affordable office space is the first step in helping youth want to start their business.
Modern Urban which applied by the author in this redesign can form the public perception about Telkom Indonesia. They also support the youth-citizen to ready to solve problems in Indonesia. Starting from the impression of high-technology through the applied materials and also the appropriate lighting. Despite, DiLo Surabaya has an open space redesign layout coupled with several elements that support for productivity and user innovation
