Abstract

Turbin Angin Menghasilkan Daya Tergantung Dari Interaksi Antara Rotor Dan Angin. Daya Yang Dihasilkan Terkadang Tidak Sesuai Dengan Hasil Sebenarnya (Hasil Pembacaan) Sehingga Dikatakan Terdapat Kesalahan Pada Sensor. Turbin Angin Tersebut Akan Dikendalikan Oleh Fuzzy PI Controller Dimana Akan Dikombinasikan Dengan Perancangan Sistem FTC (Fault Tolerance Control) Yang Dapat Mentolerir Kegagalan Komponen, Tetap Menjaga Kinerja Dan Stabilitas Yang Diinginkan. Pengendalian Proportional Dan Integral Yang Diterapkan Pada Fuzzy PI Controller Didapatkan Sebesar 0.14 Dan 0.18. Berdasarkan Hasil Pengujian Turbin Angin Dengan Memberikan Kesalahan Bias Sebesar 1%, 5%, 10% Dan 20% Serta Kesalahan Sensitivitas Sebesar 90%, 85% Dan 80% Maka Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa FTC Mampu Mengestimasi Dan Mengakomodasi Kesalahan Sehingga Respon Sistem Dapat Kembali Ke Set Point. FTC Juga Memiliki Batas Toleransi Kesalahan Minimum Dan Maksimum Yaitu 30% Dan 100%, Karena Error > 2%

The wind turbine produces power depending on the interaction between rotor and wind. The wind turbine will be controlled by Fuzzy PI controller which will be combined with FTC (Fault Tolerance Control) method which can tolerate component failure, while maintaining the desired performance and stability so that it is said to be a tolerant control system. Proportional and integral gain that applied to the fuzzy PI controller are 0.14 and 0.18. Based on wind turbine test results by giving 1%, 5%, 10% and 20% bias error and also sensitivity error at 90%, 85% and 80%, it can be concluded that FTC can estimate and accommodate errors so that the system response can return to set point. FTC also has a minimum and maximum tolerance limit of 30% and 100%, due to error> 2%.
