Abstract

Amine regenerator pada plant sweetening gas berfungsi untuk memisahkan kandungan CO2 dan H2S dari larutan amine. Pada industri pemurnian gas alam, proses ini disebut proses regenerasi larutan amine. Dan pada Amine Regenerator terdapat 3 buah single loop kontrol (LIC-100,PIC-100 dan TIC-100) yang fungsinya menjaga level air agar tetap seimbang serta menjaga tekanan dan temperature agar sesuai dengan set point. Sehingga pada 3 pengendali yang ada pada Amine Regenerator dijadikan sebagai analisa penelitian dalam Perancangan pengendali dengan metode PID-DA (Duelist Algoritma) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan respon yang lebih baik sesuai dengan kriteria performansi sistem pengendalian. Analisa dilakukan dengan membandingkan metode Tuning yaitu Ziegler Nichols. Performansi yang dijadikan pembanding adalah nilai IAE, Rise time, dan maksimum Overshoot. ========================================================================================================== Amine regenerator in the sweetening gas plant serves to separate the content of CO2 and H2S from an amine solution. In the natural gas purification industry, this process is called the regeneration process of amine solution. And on the Amine Regenerator there are 3 pieces of single-loop control (LIC-100, PIC-100 and TIC-100) whose function is to keep the water level to stay balanced and keep the pressure and temperature to fit the set point. So that the three controllers in the Amine Regenerator serve as a research analysis in the design of the controller with PID-DA method (Duelist Algorithm) which aims to produce a better response in accordance with the performance control system criteria. The analysis was done by comparing Tuning method is Ziegler Nichols. Comparable performance is IAE, Rise time, and Maximum Overshoot value.
