Abstract

Turbin gas yang beroperasi terus menerus akan mengalami penurunan kehandalan serta akan meningkatkan biaya operasional. Oleh karena itu, perlu sebuah cara untuk menjaga performa peralatan tersebut saat pengoperasian unit agar dalam keadaan optimal.
Metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan performa turbin gas adalah pemeliharaan secara rutin. Contohnya combustion inspection. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh overhaul combustion inspection terhadap performa turbin gas yaitu dengan analisa menggunakan data tes sebelum dan sesudah overhaul combustion inspection.
Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa GTG (gas turbin generator) utilitas I pabrik PT.Petrokimia Gresik memiliki performa yang lebih baik setelah dilakukan overhaul combustion inspection. Performa turbin gas tersebut dapat dilihat dari kenaikannya, efisiensi siklus sebesar 1,3% , efisiensi turbin sebesar 0,9% dan efisiensi kompresor sebesar 2,68%. SFC (specific fuel consumtion) yang turun atau lebih hemat sebesar 0,011 kg/kWh.
=========== Gas turbines operating continuously will decrease reliability and increase operational costs . Therefore, there should be a way to maintain the performance of the equipment when operating of the unit to be in optimal condition.
The method used to improve performance of the gas turbine is regular maintenance. the example is combustion inspection. To know the influence of combustion overhaul inspection on gas turbine performance by analysis using data sheet before and after overhaul combustion inspection.
After calculation, it can be concluded that GTG (gas turbine generator) utility 1 PT.Petrokimia Gresik has better performance after overhaul combustion inspection. The performance of the gas turbine can be seen from the increased, cycle efficiency of 1.3%, turbine efficiency of 0.9 %.and compressor efficiency of 2,68 %. The decreased or more frugal SFC (specific fuel consumtion) of 0.011 kg / kWh.
