Abstract
Hasil dari pertanian dan perkebunan dipengaruhi banyak hal. Salah satu pengaruh terbesar pada baik dan buruknya hasil pertanian dan perkebunan adalah Herbisida. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan penelitian di PT. Petrosida Gresik. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada herbisida Sidafos 480SL. Sidafos 480SL adalah herbisida purnatumbuh, herbisida tersebut berbentuk cair yang di ketahui berguna untuk mengendalikan gulma pada pertanaman kelapa sawit, kakao dan kopi. Sidafos 480SL adalah salah satu produk herbisida terlaris di pasaran. Dengan itu tujuan peneliti adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk herbisida yang di hasilkan PT. Petrosida Gresik khususnya produk herbisida Sidafos 480SL. Dalam penelitian ini akan di lakukan analisis menggunakan peta kendali Generalized Variance dan peta kendali T2hotelling. Tetapi karena data tidak mengikuti distribusi normal multivariat maka peneliti melanjutkan penelitian menggunakan peta kendali lainnya yaitu MEWMA dan MEWMV yang robust terhadap data yang tidak normal multivariat. Hasil analisis menggunakan diagram kontrol MEWMV belum terkendali dengan ω=0.2 λ=0.4 L= 3.3213 karena terdapat 55 titik yang out of control. Pada diagram kontrol MEWMA juga belum terkendali dengan pembobot λ=0.9 dengan 44 titik out of control. Hasil kapabilitas proses secara multivariat tidak kapabel karena nilai Mppk kurang dari 1. ========================================================================================================================
The result from agricultural influenced by many factores. One of the major influences on the good and bad result of agricultural products is Herbicide. In this research will be conduct at PT. Petrosida Gresik. This research will be focused on Sidafos 480SL herbicide. Sidafos 480SL is one of the Herbicide products form as yellow lliquid. Sidafos 480SL useful for controlling weeds in plants like oil palm, cocoa and coffee. Sidafos 480SL is one of the bestselling herbicide products on the market. And with that, the researcher purpose is to improve the quality of herbicide products that produced by PT. Petrosida Gresik especially Sidafos 480SL. In this study we will analyze using Generalized Variance control chart and T2hotelling control chart, but because the data is not Nomal Multivariate so the researcher continue the research using different control chart which is MEWMA and MEWMV that robust to the data that not Normal Multivarite. The result of analysis using control chart MEWMV is out of control with ω=0.2 λ=0.4 L= 3.3213 because there is 55 points out of control. In MEWMV control charts showed that the process also out of control with λ=0.9 with 44 points out of control. The result of multivariate process performance capability are not capable because the Mppk value less than 1.
