Abstract
Di wilayah kabupaten Asmat salah satu pelabuhan laut yang digunakan dan dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat adalah pelabuhan laut kelas III Mumugu sebagai pelabuhan pengumpul, sehingga sangat diperlukan peningkatan dan pengoptimalan pelayanan pelabuhan dengan pembangunan dan pengembangan wilayah serta sarana dan prasarana pelabuhan laut. Dalam suatu proyek ada banyak tujuan yang direncanakan dari awal sebagai sasaran dilakukannya proyek. Ketepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek merupakan salah satu sasaran yang akan dituju, masalah akan timbul jika terjadi keterlambatan proyek yang menyebabkan kerugian baik pihak owner maupun kontraktor. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dibutuhkan adanya sistem yang memudahkan dalam melakukan analisa keterlambatan proyek pembangunan Fasilitas Pelabuhan Laut Mumugu untuk dapat mengetahui penyebab keterlambatan pembangunan Fasilitas Pelabuhan Laut Mumugu serta mengetahui factor manakah yang paling berpengaruh pada keterlambatan proyek. Dalam penelitian kali ini, metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode fault tree analisys (FTA). ==========================================================================================
In the district of Asmat one sea port is used and needed by society is a class III Mumugu sea port as port collector, so it is necessary to increase and optimization of port services to the construction and regional development and infrastructure of seaports. In a project there are many objectives that are planned from the beginning as targets for the project. Timeliness of completion of the project is one of the objectives that will be addressed, the problem will arise in case of project delays that cause losses for both the owner and the contractor. Based on these issues, it is necessary to have a system that facilitates the analysis of the construction project delays Sea Port Facility Mumugu to ascertain the cause of the delay in the construction of the Port Facility Mumugu Sea and to know which is the most influential factor in project delays. In the present study, the authors used method is a method of fault tree analisys (FTA).
