Abstract
PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu perusahan pakan ternak terbesar di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian sampai saat ini perusahaan belum secara intensif melakukan monitoring. Oleh karena itu,penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memonitor kualitas salah satu produk. BR 1SP Crumble merupakan produk terbesar dimana dilakukan pemeriksaan karakteristik kualitas terhadap kandungan air, protein, dan calsium. Oleh karena pemeriksaan lebih dari satu karakteristik kualitas dan ketiganya memiliki korelasi maka menggunakan diagram kendali T2 Hotelling dan Improved Generelized Variance (IGV). Oleh karena asumsi pemeriksaan normal multivariate yang tidak terpenuhi maka dilakukan diagram baru menggunakan Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) dan Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA). Hasil pengendalian menggunakan diagram kendali MEWMV didapatkan nilai pembobot yang paling optimal untuk ω sebesar 0,2 dan λ sebesar 0,6 sedangkan pembobot optimal diagram kendali MEWMA adalah 0,3. Kapabilitas proses menggunakan MPp dan MPpk menunjukkan proses kapabel hanya pada beberapa kode resep karena nilainya yang lebih dari satu.

PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo is one of the largest forage company in Indonesia. However, until now the company has not intensively monitored. Therefore, this research was conducted to monitor the quality of one product. BR 1 SP Crumble is the biggest product where the characteristic gauging by moist, protein, and calsium. Because the examination of quality characteristic is more than one and they have correlation then used T2 Hotelling and Improved Generelized Variance (IGV). Because of the assumption of a multivariate normal examination not fulfilled then a new diagram is created using Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) and Multivariate Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA). The result of control using MEWMV control chart obtained the most optimal weighting value for ω of 0.2 and λ of 0.6 whereas the optimal weighting of the MEWMA control chart is 0.3. Process capability using MPp and MPpk indicates the process is capable using in some ricipe code because the value more than one.
