Abstract
Medical Center ITS (MC ITS) merupakan klinik yang dimiliki oleh Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Medical Center ITS melayani pasien dari civitas akademik ITS dan umum. Selain itu, MC ITS di-harapkan berkembang dan melayani lebih banyak pasien kedepannya. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan MC ITS adalah dengan melihat loyalitas pasien. Loyalitas ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pasien akan kembali lagi ke klinik atau tidak ketika sakit. Ada beberapa faktor-faktor yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien, yaitu kepercayaan pasien terhadap suatu klinik, komitmen, dan citra dari klinik. Selain itu, banyak atau tidaknya komplain diduga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis yang berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebesar 232 pasien dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan PLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa variabel komitmen memiliki nilai kebaikan model sebesar 0.135 dan pada loyalitas adalah 0.491. Selain itu, variabel komplain dan kepercayaan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen dan variabel citra dan komitmen ber-pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas. Selain itu, variabel kepercayaan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan melalui komitmen. Selain itu,, kepercayaan pada suatu klinik menimbulkan rasa komitmen sehingga berdampak pada sikap loyalitas pasien.

Medical Center ITS (MC ITS) is a clinic owned by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Medical Center ITS serving patients from public and academic civitas ITS. In addition, MC ITS expected to grow and serve more patients in the future. One of the ways to develop MC ITS is loyalty to look at the patient. The loyalty it used to know that patients will return to the clinic or not when they sick. There are several factors thought that affect patient loyalty, there are trust of the patient to a clinic, commitment, and image of the clinic. In addition, many or whether the complaint alleged effect on patient loyalty. Therefore, in the study conducted an analysis of the influence on loyalty by using a total sample of 232 patients by using of Structural Equation Modeling approach to PLS method. Based on the results of analysis is obtained, it is known that the variable has a value of model fit commitment was 0135 and the value of loyalty was 0491. In addition, variable of complaint not significant against patient loyalty. The trust of influential variables significantly to commitment and commitment and influential image variables significantly to variable loyalty. In addition, the variable trust indirectly effect significantly to loyalty through commitment. Therefore, the belief in a clinical sense of commitment so as to cause an impact on the attitude of patient loyalty.
