Abstract

Hidroponik Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) merupakan sebuah sistem hidroponik yang banyak dikembangkan. Pada sistem hidroponik NFT akar tanaman terendam pada cairan yang mengandung nutrisi dan air bersirkulasi selama 24 jam terus menerus. Hidroponik NFT dikategorikan sistem hidroponik tertutup. Namun pada hidroponik NFT biasa tidak dilengkapi pengendalian kadar keasaman dan suhu media tanam sayuran. Dengan dikembangkannya Internet of Things (IoT) dapat digunakan untuk pemantaun serta pengendalian terhadap sistem hidroponik NFT. Sistem pemantauan dan pengendalian yang dikembangkan digunakan untuk menjaga kondisi air tetap stabil. Pada kondisi yang telah ditentukan, tanaman diharapkan dapat menyerap nutrisi yang telah disesuaikan unsur hara secara optimal sesuai dengan tahap-tahap pertumbuhannya. Pengujian sistem terhadap tanaman dilakukan selama dua belas hari. Hasil menunjukkan tanaman yang diletakkan pada sistem hidroponik NFT terpantau memiliki jumlah daun sebanyak 10 buah, tinggi tanaman 15.5 Cm, dan panjang akar 15 Cm . Sedangkan tanaman yang diletakkan pada sistem hidroponik tidak terpantau dengan larutan sama memiliki jumlah daun 6 buah, tinggi tanaman 12.8 Cm dan panjang akar 8.5 Cm. ================================================================================================================== Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) hydroponic currently is a widely developed hydroponics system. In the system, plant roots are being submerged continuously in a nutrients solution and circulated water for 24 hours. NFT hydroponic is categorized as a closed hydroponic system. However, in regular NFT hydroponic system is not fully equipped with the acid and temperature level controller. The development of the Internet of Things helps to monitor and control the water condition stable. On expected conditions, the plants are able to absorb optimally the adjusted nutrients according to the growth stages. The system test of the plant is carried out for twelve days. The results showed that plants grown using observed NFT hydroponic system to have 10 leaves, height of 15.5 cm, and root length of 15 cm. Whereas, other plants that placed on unobserved hydroponic systems to have 6 leaves, height of 12.8 cm, root length of 8.5 cm. .
