Abstract

Pada tahun 2015, terdapat 84% siswa di Indonesia yang mengalami kekerasan akibat perilaku bullying di sekolah, dimana 71% diantaranya merasa bahwa perilaku bullying adalah sesuatu yang biasa terjadi. Bullying merupakan perilaku tidak menyenangkan yang dilakukan seseorang atau kelompok terhadap orang lain yang tidak dapat membela dirinya sendiri. Dengan menggunakan metode simple random samling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 109 responden siswa kelas 10 SMA “X” Surabaya. Terdapat tiga faktor penyebab perilaku bullying, yaitu peranan keluarga, keadaan kepribadian dan stress (tekanan) yang dialami oleh siswa yang bersangkutan. Analisis CFA menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel manifes telah mampu secara signifikan menjelaskan variabel latennya, namun, variabel peranan keluarga tidak berpengaruh dalam analisis. Variabel laten yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku bullying adalah stress, sedangkan stress dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh keadaan kepribadian. ================================================================================================================== In 2015, there are 84% of students in Indonesia whom experience violence due to bullying behavior in schools. 71% of them assume that bullying behavior is a common practice in schools. Bullying is a deviant behavior that performs an unpleasant act against others who can not defend themselves. By using simple random sampling method, the number of sample used is 109 respondents of 10th grade students of “X” High School in Surabaya. There are three factors that cause bullying behavior, namely the role of family, personality and stress (pressure) experienced by the students. The CFA analysis shows that all manifest variables have been able to explain the latent variable significantly, however, the role of the family variable has no effect in the analysis. Bullying behavior is significantly influenced by latent variables stress, while stress variable is influenced by personality of respondents.
