Abstract

Estimasi waktu tempuh perjalanan merupakan ukuran penting dalam mengetahui kondisi pada jalan dan dapat membantu pengendara membuat keputusan perjalanan dalam menghadapi kepadatan lalu lintas. Kondisi kepadatan lalu lintas bisa didapatkan menggunakan beberapa cara, beberapa diantaranya menggunakan teknologi Bluetooth dan Wifi. Saat ini, Bluetooth sudah banyak terdapat pada kendaraan. Ditambah penggunaan smartphone yang memiliki fitur Bluetooth dan Wi_ oleh setiap pengendara, dapat membantu pengumpulan data kepadatan jalan. Bluetooth dan Wifi mempunyai identitas elektronik di setiap perangkat yang disebut Media Access Control (MAC). Pada penelitian ini, Meshlium Xtreme digunakan sebagai Bluetooth MAC Scanner (BMS) dan Wifi MAC Scanner (WMS). BMS dan WMS mendapatkan data MAC dan timestamp yang bisa digunakan untuk estimasi waktu tempuh perjalanan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara langsung menunjukkan
bahwa sistem ini dapat menghasilkan perhitungan estimasi waktu tempuh dengan tingkat akurasi 69,5% (Entrance To Entrance); 65% (Exit To Exit); 60% (Point To Point).

Travel Time Estimation is an important measurement to determine the performance of the road and can help driver to make travel decisions under traffic congestion. Road density conditions can be obtained by using several ways, some of them are Bluetooth and Wifi technology. Currently, Bluetooth is commonly built in many vehicles. Furthermore, the usage of smartphone with Bluetooth and Wifi features by drivers also support road density data collection. Bluetooth and Wifi use an electronic identifier in each device called as Media Access Control (MAC). In this research, Meshlium Xtreme is used as Bluetooth MAC Scanner (BMS) and Wifi MAC Scanner (WMS). BMS and WMS will obtain MAC and timestamp data that can be used to estimate travel time. Based on the test result directly, show that this system can produce calculations of the estimated travel time with accuracy up to 69,5% (Entrance To Entrance); 65% (Exit To Exit); 60% (Point To Point).
