Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah pelanggan energi listrik membuat PLN mengalami masalah dalam pencatatan dan juga pengukuran kWh oleh pelanggan energi listrik dikarenakan jumlah yang sangat banyak terutama pada pelanggan TR (Tegangan Rendah) dibawah 3,9 kVA dan juga dikarenakan jumlah yang sangat banyak membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan pencatatan. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibuat sebuah alat pada Meter Trafo tiang dan juga alat pada meter pelanggan TR yang akan terhubung melalui media komunikasi PLC (Power Line Carrier) untuk memudahkan pencataan KWh meter pelanggan dan juga mengurangi selisih pembacaan. Pengukuran nilai KWh Meter digital dilakukan dengan mendeteksi impuls yang telah dihasilkan oleh KWh Meter Digital melalui sensor Light Dependent Resistor yang terdapat pada Slave. Tingkat kesalahan pengukuran KWh Meter yang digunakan yakni sebesar kurang lebih 1%. Jarak pengiriman data pengukuran kWh antara trafo tiang PHB dengan kWh meter pelanggan memiliki jarak uji sejauh 35 m. Slave melakukan pengiriman data pengukuran kWh kepada Master setiap pukul 10.00. Pengiriman data tersebut antar pelanggan memiliki delay sebanyak 2 detik untuk menghindari penumpukan data pengiriman. ========================================================================================== Increasing the number of electric energy customers makes PLN experience problems in recording and also the electrical power measurement by electric energy customers due to the very large number of customers especially TR (Low Voltage) below 3,9 kVA and also because the amount is very much takes a long time to do recording. In this final project will be made a tool on Meter Transformer pole and also tool at meter TR customer that will be connected through PLC (Power Line Carrier) communication media to facilitate customer meter metering and also reduce the difference of reading. Measurement of KWh Meter digital value is done by detecting impulses that have been produced by KWh Meter Digital through Light Dependent Resistor sensor contained in Slave. The measurement error rate of KWh Meter used is about 1%. The distance of the measurement data of kWh between the PHB pole transformer and the kWh meter customer has a test distance of 35 m. Slave sends the measurement data of kWh to Master every 10:00. Delivery of data between customers has a delay of 2 seconds to avoid the accumulation of data delivery.
