Abstract

Sistem Pembangkit Daya beroperasi berdasarkan siklus rankine. Setelah beroperasi beberapa lama pasti akan mengalami penurunan kinerja. Oleh karena itu akan dilakukan perhitungan unjuk kerja dengan membandingkan antara unjuk kerjanya sebelum dan sesudah overhaul.
Untuk mengetahui unjuk kerja siklus rankine dapat dilakukan analisis thermodinamika menggunakan data sheet sebelum dan sesudah overhaul.
Hasil analisis thermodinamika dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada PLTU unit 2 PT.PJB UP Gresik menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan overhaul effisiensi isentropik siklus sebesar 29% dan setelah dilakukan overhaul effisiensi isentropik siklus sebesar 30%. Jadi ada kenaikan effisiensi isentropik sebesar 1% sehingga memiliki unjuk kerja yang baik.

Power Generating Systems operate on a rankine cycle. After a long operation will definitely experience a decrease in performance. Therefore, performance calculations will be performed by comparing the performance before and after the overhaul.
Knowing the performance of rankine cycle can be done thermodynamic analysis using data sheet before and after overhaul.
The result of thermodynamic analysis can be concluded that in PLTU unit 2 PT.PJB UP Gresik shows that prior to overhaul isentropic efficiency cycle is 29% and after overhaul isentropic cycle efficiency is 30%. So there is an increase of isentropic efficiency by 1% so it has a good performance.
