Abstract

berfungsi sebagai sensor untuk mengetahui cuaca. Buoyweather adalah sistem yang terdiri dari sensor, manajemen data, dan pengolahan data sehingga dapat dikirinkan secara wireless ke work station di darat. Data logging adalah proses otomatis pengumpulan dan perekaman data dari sensor untuk tujuan pengarsipan atau tujuan analisis. Proses datalogging dilakukan dengan menggunakan media penyimpanan micro SD. Sedangkan, sensor yang digunakan adalah HTU21D (sensor temperature dan kelembaban), anemometer, dan windvane. Analisa sistem monitoring dilakukan dengan metode statistical quality control menggunakan diagram peta kendali Xbar – R dan data diuji dengan analisa missing value serta data outlier. Berdasarkan analisa dan uji data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan data outlier atau data yang berada di luar batas kendali pada sensor HTU21D. Data outlier ada karena noise pada sistem pengukuran. Noise terjadi karena sensor diletakkan didekat alat yang memiliki radio frequency serta penggunaan grounding secara jamak sehinga mengakibatkan tegangan tidak stabil. ========== Buoyweather is a tool that floats in the ocean that serves as a sensor to predictthe weather. Buoyweather is a system consist of sensors, data management, and data processing so that it can be transmitted wirelessly to a work station on land. Data logging is an automated process of collecting and recording data from sensors for archiving purposes or analytical purposes. In this research, data logging is performed using arduino microcontroller and datalog is saved in the form of sd card storage. The sensors used are HTU21D (temperature and humidity sensors), anemometer, and windvane. Analysis of monitoring system is done by statistical quality control method using Xbar - R Control chart and data are tested with missing value analysis and outlier data. Based on the analysis a nd test data that has been done, it is obtained outlier data or data that is beyond the control limit on HTU21 Dsensor. Data outliers exist because of noise in the measurement system. Noise occurs because the laying of the sensor near the device with a radio frequency and the use of grounding in plural so t hat causing voltages are not stable
