Abstract
Berdasarkan data yang telah diamati dilapangan, setiap jaringan dan sistem ditribusi listrik selalu mengalami gangguan hubung singkat. Gangguan ini dapat terjadi akibat banyak faktor salah satunya yakni faktor eksternal atau faktor alam yang dapat berupa ranting pohon atau karena hewan. Gangguan hubung singkat yang biasanya terjadi mempunyai impedansi tinggi sehingga sangat sulit dideteksi oleh alat yang ada sekarang akibat arus gangguan yang relatif kecil terutama saat lokasi gangguan terletak di titik paling jauh dari sumber. Selain itu juga mempengaruhi tegangan kerja di sistem distribusi 20 Kv dan adanya gangguan menyebabkan drop tegangan yang menyebabkan PLN tidak dapat memenuhi beban di daerah yang terkena gangguan.
Untuk merealisasikan alat ini diperlukan simulasi jaringan tegangan menengah yang dapat menghasilkan gangguan hubung singkat satu fasa ke tanah dan antar fasa, mikrokontroler akan menangkap besar arus gangguan yang terjadi dan mengirimkan laporan lokasi gangguan melaui media SMS.
Tugas akhir ini dapat memberikan laporan berupa besar arus, jarak lokasi gangguan, fasa yang mengalami gangguan dan waktu terjadinya gangguan. Pengiriman laporan sms gangguan rata-rata mempunyai waktu pengiriman 8,7 detik. Kondisi ini masih bergantung pada kondisi sinyal dari provider yang digunakan.

Based on the data that has been observed in the field, each network and electrical distribution system always experience Short Circuit interruption. This short-circuit disruption can occur due to many factors one of which is the external factor or natural factor that can be a branch of a tree or animal. The usual Short Circuit impedance has a high impedance, which is very difficult to detect by the current equipment due to relatively small fault current especially when the disturbance location is located at the farthest point from the source. In addition, the Short Circuit also affects the working stress in 20 kV distribution system. Due to short-circuit impedance high impedance causes a Voltage drop that causes PLN can not meet the load in the affected area.
To realize this tool is required simulation medium Voltage network that can generate Short Circuit one phase to ground and phase, microcontroller will catch big current of disturbance that happened and sending report of location of disturbance through SMS media.
This final project can give report in the form of big of current, distance of disturbance location, phase of disturbance and time of disturbance. Submission of sms reports Average interruption has a delivery time of 8.7 seconds. This condition is still dependent on the signal condition of the provider used.
