Abstract
Rumah sakit adalah tempat dimana orang sakit berobat dan mengharapkan kesembuhan serta meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan mereka. Secara umum, perancangan Rumah Sakit Umum PHC di Banjarmasin yang dikelola oleh PT. Pelindo III, merupakan bentuk dari peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Kalimantan Selatan, selain itu juga sebagai penunjang peningkatan nilai kawasan di area pusat pemerintahan Kota Banjarmasin. Perancangan rumah sakit ini mengacu pada konsep jejaring dengan jenis Rumah Sakit Umum PHC induk di Surabaya, yang menyesuaikan unsur-unsur perancangan seperti bentuk, warna biru laut, dan sistem bangunan yang digunakan. Selain itu muatan unsur lokalitas budaya Kalimantan Selatan menjadi dasar utama perancangan rumah sakit ini sebagai identitas setempat yang menjadi pendukung untuk meningkatkan nilai kawasan budaya khususnya di Kota Banjarmasin. Kata Kunci : Jejaring Induk, Lokalitas ================================== Hospitals are places where sick people seek treatment and expect healing and improve the quality of their health. In general, the design of PHC General Hospital in Banjarmasin managed by PT. Pelindo III, is a form of health service quality improvement in South Kalimantan, as well as supporting the increasing of regional value in Banjarmasin city center area. The design of this hospital refers to the concept of networking with the type of PHC Main Public Hospital in Surabaya, which adjusts the design elements such as shapes, light blue, and building systems used. In addition, the content of the cultural locality of South Kalimantan became the main basis of the design of this hospital as a local identity that became supporters to increase the value of cultural areas, especially in the city of Banjarmasin.
