Abstract

Join mekanis kaki adalah sekumpulan poros dan lengan dengan ukuran terskala yang dapat mengubah input rotasi menjadi elips seperti gerak langkah kaki hewan. Selama ini join mekanis kaki hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai studi. Join kaki tersebut belum banyak diaplikan pada produk pakai. Padahal potensi edukasi join mekanis tersebut cukup besar dalam membuka ruang imajinasi mekanika pada masyarakat Indonesia. Join mekanis kaki dapat dikembangkan menjadi berbagai macam kaki binatang, dimulai dari binatang mamalia, atau semua hewan yang hidup di darat hingga amfibi, air dan udara. Kemudian hasil dari kaki-kaki tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai mainan replika binatang yang dapat berjalan atau bahkan di kemudikan. Untuk mewujudkan gagasan tersebut, diperlukan beberapa percobaan dan analisis. Percobaan meliputi variabel dan prinsip join mekanika, struktur untuk menahan beban, sistem transmisi, dan sistem kemudi. Sedangkan analisis-analisis yang diperlukan adalah analisis terkait pasar, meliputi peluang pasar, target konsumer, target user, dan market position. Pada akhir penelitian ditemukan sistem-sistem aplikasi variabel mekanika meliputi, prinsip dasar join mekanika, struktur, steering, dan dan transmisi yang dapat mendukung utilitas mainan binatang sebagai sarana edukasi bagi anak-anak terkait pengetahuan mekanika dan keterampilan-keterampilan mereka yang berhubungan dengan mainan tersebut, diantaranya kognitif, motorik (halus), sosial dan emosi. ============================================================================================= The join leg mechanism is a set of shafts and sleeves of scalable size that can turn rotational inputs into ellipses such as animal footsteps. Experiments include mechanical joining variables and principles, load - bearing structures, transmission systems, and steering systems. While the necessary analyzes are market related analysis, including market opportunity, co nsumer target, user target, and market position. At the end of the study, mechanical variable application systems were found, the basic principles of mechanical joining, structure, steering, and and transmission that could support animal toy utilities as educational tools for children related to mechanical knowledge and skills related to the toy , Including cognitive, motor (smooth), social and emotional.
