Abstract
Community development adalah salah satu bagian dari CSR (corporate social responsibility) merupakan kewajiban dan tanggung-jawab perusahaan kepada masyarakat. Memajukan masyarakat yang mandiri & melestarikan lingkungan melalui
CSR juga membangun reputasi sebuah perusahaan. PROPER merupakan penghargaan dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup, PROPER Emas adalah peringkat tertinggi dan mempunyai dampak signifikan dalam reputasi perusahaan Community Development atau Pemberdayaan Masyarakat sangat berpengaruh untuk mendapatkan PROPER Emas. Pada penelitian ini adalah memilih kegiatan Comdev yang sesuai dengan kriteriakriteria menggunakan metode AHP Expert Choice dan metode IOOI, sehingga perusahaan mendapatkan masukan dan kerangka kerja kegiatan Comdev yang akan
dilaksanakan. Program unggulan dibutuhkan untuk penilaian Proper Emas, dari penelitian dihasilkan saran kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dapat dijadikan program unggulan. Dari hasil penelitian program unggulan di PT X yang disarankan adalah bank sampah eco-friendly yang akan menjadi prioritas kemudian kegiatan hutan tepi sungai menjadi prioritas kedua. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan perusahan sejalan dengan program menuju proper emas.

Community development is one part of CSR or community development is the company resposibility to community. Developing an independent community and preserving the environment through community development and CSR can builds company reputation. PROPER is the award from Ministry of Environment that gives the highest rank and not easy to get that award, CSR and Community development have a highest chance to get the gold rank in PROPER. This research is about to choose the community development and CSR activities based on criteria from internal company and proper. which is accordance with the criterias by using combine the AHP expert choice method and IOOI Method, so the company get the appropriate input and framework. Every company must have top or superior program to get gold proper. In this research community development that fulfills criteria in PT. X is “bank sampah eco-friendly”. From this research is expected give advice to PT X to get gold Proper with superior program.
