Abstract

Sistem Setam carbon ratio memiliki peran penting yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kondisi ratio steam dan carbon yang akan lolos menuju primary reformer dengan menghaslikan reaksi yang sempurna. Untuk mengendalikan steam carbon ratio agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan maka yang perlu dikontrol adalah pada kontrol tiap valve dari dua loop dengan inputan yang berbeda yang akan diratiokan sebelum masuk ke dalam primary reformer. Proses pengendalian ini dapat dilakukan pada simulasi fuzzy logic control, untuk mengatur kecepatan menutup dan membuka agar ratio tetap terjaga. Hasil respon simulasi open loop tidak mengalami osilasi dan hasil respon simulasi fuzzy pada set point ratio 3.4 menghasilkan nilai error yang cukup kecil yaitu 0,35% dibandingkan pada set point ratio 3.2 yang menghasilkan nilai error 12,5%. Dan untuk nilai error dari hasil simulasi dan aktual diperoleh nilai error maximum sebesar 0.76% dan nilai minimum 0.35%. Sehingga Fuzzy Logic Controller yang dirancang mampu menghasilkan hasil respon yang cukup baik walaupun masih terdapat selisih error.

System Setam carbon ratio has an important role which aims to maintain the ratio of steam and carbon that would qualify towards the primary reformer with menghaslikan perfect reaction. To control the steam carbon ratio to suit the needs that need to be controlled is the control valve of two loops each with a different input that will diratiokan before entering into the primary reformer. This control process can be performed on the simulation of fuzzy logic control, to regulate the opening and closing speed that ratio is maintained. response of the open loop simulation results are not experiencing oscillation and results of Fuzzy simulation response on set point ratio of 3.4 resulted in a fairly small error rate is 0.35% compared to the set point ratio of 3.2 which resulted in an error rate of 12.5%. And for the value of the error of the simulation results and the actual values obtained for 0.76% maximum error and the minimum value of 0:35%. So that the Fuzzy Logic Controller desinged to produce results fairly good response although there is still a difference of error.
