Abstract

Tugas akhir ini merancang sebuah program komputer mengenai perhitungan konstruksi pada kamar mesin kapal tanker. Tidak hanya perhitungan namun program ini menghasilkan tampilan berupa gambar penampang melintang dalam 2 dimensi. Penggambaran penampang melintang hanya untuk keseluruhan gading kecil. Perancangan dimulai dengan metode penggambaran line section, pembagian lajur pelat, perhitungan beban, tebal pelat, modulus, pemilihan dan perancangan profil, dan penggambaran konstruksi. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Pascal. Program menyediakan segala kondisi persyaratan yang dapat dipilih sesuai keputusan user. Hasil perhitungan program secara otomatis ditampilkan dalam tabel rekapitulasi sebagai ukuran penggambaran profil. Pengecekan terhadap program dilakukan dengan perbandingan terhadap cara manual. Hasil penggambaran penampang melintang terdiri dari balok geladak, gading utama, penumpu tengah dan penumpu samping geladak (tergantung kondisi engine casing), docking profile dan senta sisi. =============================================================================================== This final project design a computer program about construction calculation in machinery space of oil tankers. Not only the calculation but this program resulted in the midship section of machinery space in 2 dimensions. Drawing the section only for secondary stiffening. Design the program begins with line section’s drawing of secondary stiffening in machinery space, plating arrangement, load calculations, thickness calculations, modulus calculations, profile selection and profile design, the last step is construction drawing. Programming language uses Pascal. Program provides overall conditions that can be selected according to the requirements of the user's decision. The results of program calculation are displayed automatically in recapitulation table as dimensions of profile for drawing. Program can be checked by comaparison manually calculation result. The results of midship section of machinery space are deck beam, main frame, deck center girder, deck side girder (depending on engine casing condition), docking profile and side stringer.
