Abstract

Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan dilakukan
implementasi reliability centered maintenance (RCM) pada
proses gas kriogenik. Dimana dalam proses tersebut dilakukan
analisa data secara kualitatif dan secara kuantitatif. Tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui komponen-komponen
kritis pada sistem gas kriogenik Mengetahui kehandalan
komponen berdasarkan data perawatan (maintenance record)
pada sistem gas kriogenik serta mengetahui usaha pencegahan
yang dilakukan terhadap unit pada sistem gas kriogenik agar
tidak terjadi kegagalan. Komponen penyusun sistem gas
kriogenik yang dikategorikan sebagai komponen kritis adalah
sebagai berikut: exchanger, compressor,valve, pompa dan
transmitter. Berdasarkan dari data analisa kuantitatif pada
system gas kriogenik didapatkan Interval perawatan yang
paling tinggi pada interval jam operasi valve, exchanger,
compressor. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa jadwal
perawatan yang optimal untuk setiap komponen
penyusun sistem, dan dari hasil penerapan RCM telah
dibuat tabel RCM yang mendeskripsikan sistem secara
mendetail menjawab tujuh pertanyaan dasar tentang
RCM sebagai rekomendasi kegiatan dalam rangkan
pencegahan kegagalan.

In this final project research is done implementing
reliability centered maintenance (RCM) in the process of
cryogenic gas. Where in the process of data analysis is done
qualitatively and quantitatively. The aim of this study is
Knowing these critical components on a cryogenic gas system
Knowing the reliability of components based on data
maintenance (maintenance record) at cryogenic gas system
and determine prevention efforts were made to units in
cryogenic gas system in order to avoid failure. Components of
the cryogenic gas systems categorized as critical component
is as follows: exchangers, compressors, valves, pumps and
transmitter. Based on the quantitative analysis of data on
cryogenic gas system maintenance intervals obtained the
highest in the interval hours of operation valve, exchanger,
compressor. Results obtained in the form of optimal treatment
schedules for each component of the system, and the results of
the application of RCM RCM has made a table that describes
in detail the system of answering seven basic questions about
RCM as recommendations in canoes failure prevention
activities.
