Abstract

Naik turunya harga minyak dunia mengindikasikan tingginya persaingan minyak
dunia. Pencarian sumber minyak yang awalnya banyak di darat menjadi merambat
ke laut dalam. Hal ini membuat pengembangan teknologi produksi minyak dan
gas lepas pantai semakin berkembang. Salah satunya adalah pembangunan
anjungan lepas pantai. ED Well Tripod Platform adalah salah satu anjungan lepas
pantai yang beroperasi di utara Jawa Barat. ED memiliki tiga kaki dan beroperasi
sebagai well head selama beberapa tahun. Struktur ini mengalami beberapa
perubahan bentuk dan pergantian bagian akibat korosi dan pengaruh lain. Salah
satu bagian struktur yang diganti adalah boatlanding. Boatlanding adalah bagian
dari struktur anjungan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat bersandarnya kapal, baik
pengangkut akomodasi maupun pengangkut pekerja. Struktur boatlanding pada
ED membutuhkan proses penggantian dikarenakan struktur tersebut sudah
mengalami perubahan bentuk baik akibat korosi, maupun benturan dari kapal
yang bersandar. Dalam proses penggantian tersebut diperlukan proses
penghitungan yang sangat teliti agar boatlanding dapat digunakan dalam jangka
waktu tertentu. Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang analisis kekuatan struktur
boatlanding dalam menerima beban, dalam hal ini adalah tubrukan kapal. Analisis
ini perlu dilakukan karena untuk memperkirakan desain struktur boatlanding
dapat menahan beban benturan kapal, dengan dimensi se-ekonomis mungkin.
Selain itu, dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis desain struktur boatlanding
dengan modifikasi pada struktur support atau penyangganya. Struktur support
berupa shock cells system merupakan sistem yang mulai dipakai untuk umum.
Dalam analisis ini memakai jenis shock cells TH 1630 dan TH 1636. Analisis ini
dilakukan dalam dua kondisi, yaitu kondisi kecepatan kapal saat operasi maupun
kondisi kapal saat kecelakaan. Kondisi kapal saat merapat pada boatlanding
memiliki posisi broadside atau menyamping dengan sudut hantaman 30o, 45o, 60o,
dan 90o kondisi bow/stern.

Global oil price fluctuation indicates a highly competitive global oil price. Oil
reserve exploration that is initially available onshore has expanded into deep-sea
sector. This occurrence generates positive development in both oil production and
offshore gas technology. ED Well Tripod Platform is one among offshore
platforms that has been operating in North Jawa Barat. ED has three legs that are
utilised as well head over several years. This structure has been enduring some
dimensional changes and parts replacement due to corrosion and other effects.
One of which structures replaced is boatlanding. Boatlanding is a part of platform
structure, which is functioned as to harbouring ships of either accommodation
transport or worker transport. Boatlanding structure on ED demands replacement
process because of dimensional changes appeared on the structure as an effect of
corrosion or being collided by harbouring ships. The replacement process requires
meticulous calculation process, thus enabling boatlanding to be operated
throughout certain period of time. This Final Project encompassed an analysis of
boatlanding structure strength upon receiving load; in this matter to be concerned
was ship collision. The analysis was indispensable as to determining boatlanding
structure design during collision, with regard to obtaining economic dimension as
well. Moreover, the Final Project had conducted an analysis of boatlanding
structure design with modification on supporting structure. The supporting
structure was shock cells system, which has been commercially applied. This
analysis had carried out shock cells type of TH 1630 and TH 1636. The analysis
was observed upon two scenarios: ship during operation speed and ship during
accident. Ship condition while it was harbouring on boatlanding had encountered
broadside position or deviated with collision angle at 30o, 45o, 60o and 90o upon
bow/stern condition.
