Abstract

Perencanaan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yang
sistematis dimulai dari pengumpulan data-data primer dan
sekunder, kemudian dilanjut dengan studi literatur, baru
dilakukan perhitungan Detail Engineering Design (DED) dan
Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) serta penggambaran masingmasing
unit IPAL, setelah itu dilakukan pembahasan untuk
memperoleh kesimpulan dan saran yang relevan dengan tujuan
perencanaan ini. Dari perhitungan DED didapat dimensi Bak
Ekualisasi 6,12m x 6,12m x 3,3m; Septic Tank 4,64m x 2,32m x
3m; Anaerobic Filter 1,05m x 0,53m x 3m; Rotating Biological
Contactor 4,12m x 2,82m x 1,09m; Filter Press 5,15m x 2,95m x
2,38m. Sedangkan RAB yang dibutuhkan untuk alternatif IPAL I
sebesar Rp.258.000.000 dan untuk alternatif IPAL II sebesar
Rp.366.000.000. Untuk kelebihan alternatif I adalah luas lahan
lebih kecil, menghasilkan biogas 14,3 m3/hari, Operasional dan
Perawatan (OP) lebih kecil; tapi kekurangannya adalah td-nya
yang lebih lama yaitu 24 jam. Sedangkan untuk kelebihan
alternatif II adalah td singkat 1,5 jam, produksi lumpur kecil
38,13 kg/hari; tapi kekurangannya keperluan lahan lebih luas,
OP juga lebih besar.

This Planning is done by using systemathic method that begin
from collecting some primary-secondary data, than follows with
collecting some literature, than performed calculation of DED,
RAB and depiction of every IPAL units, after that will made
discussion to get some conclusions and suggestions which
relevant with the purpose of this planning. From calculation of
DED has been obtained the dimention of Equalization Tank
6,12m x 6,12m x 3,3m; Septic Tank 4,64m x 2,32m x 3m;
Anaerobic Filter 1,05m x 0,53m x 3m; Rotating Biological
Contactor 4,12m x 2,82m x 1,09m; Filter Press 5,15m x 2,95m x
2,38m. Whereas the RAB that needed for first Waste Water
Treatment Plant (WWTP) alternative reached IDR.258.000.000
and for second WWTP alternative reached IDR.366.000.000. For
the advantages of first alternative have smaller land area,
produce biogas 14,3 m3/day, smaller Operational and
Maintenance (OM) cost; but the disadvantages have long td until
24 hours. Whereas the advantages of second alternative have
shorter td only 1,5 hours, produce little sludge only 38,13
kg/day; but the disadvantages have lerger land area and have
high OM cost.
