Abstract

Puskesmas keliling adalah program pelayanan kesehatan terpadu untuk menjangkau wilayah terpencil dan tertinggal. Dalam upaya pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan dasar, Dinas Kesehatan ingin mewujudkan sebuah puskesmas keliling yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transportasi petugas medis namun juga mampu menangani berbagai kegiatan puskesmas setara puskesmas pembantu. Dalam proses desain puskesmas tersebut dipilih sebuah basis kapal dengan tipe LCT berukuran 15 meter. Kapal LCT atau Landing Craft Tank berukuran 15 meter dipilih dengan pertimbangan kemampuannya untuk dapat merapat di wilayah tanpa dermaga atau jetty. Proses desain kabin kapal ini ditempuh dengan melakukan analisa mengenai frekuensi kunjungan, rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan, ukuran dan penempatan perlengkapan, layout dan alur pelayanan, dimensi dan antropometri, ergonomi pencahayaan, serta ergonomi sirkulasi udara. Analisa tersebut akan digunakan untuk menentukan desain yang optimal bagi pasien dan petugas kesehatan. Desain akhir yang dihasilkan dalam riset ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan Dinas Kesehatan akan sebuah unit puskesmas keliling yang dapat beroperasi sesuai kebutuhan dari rangkaian kegiatan Puskesmas. Sebuah desain puskesmas keliling yang mampu beroperasi di dalam unit kapal tanpa harus berpindah lokasi, ruang kabin yang dapat di ubah konfigurasinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan kegiatan penanganan, serta storage peralatan medis terintegrasi dengan kemudahan akses bagi setiap petugas sesuai dengan unit kerjanya. Hasilnya adalah sebuah unit puskesmas keliling dengan kemampuan penanganan setara puskesmas pembantu yang ada di darat, namun dengan mobilisasi dan flexibilitas sebuah kapal LCT. =================================================================== Mobile Health Care is an integrated health service program to reach remote and disadvantages areas. In effort to equitable distribution of basic health care services, the Department of Health wants to create a mobile health care vehicle that not only serves to transport medical personnel but also capable of handling a wide range of activities equivalent with sub-health care centers that exist on the grounds. The preliminary design process resulted in selection of 15 meters LCT vessel as a design basis. LCT ship or Landing Craft Tank measuring 15 meters were chosen for their ability to be docked in the area without a pier or jetty. The design process is pursued by analyzing the frequency of visits, a series of activities carried out, the size and placement of equipment, layout and workflow services, and anthropometric dimensions, lighting ergonomics, and air circulation ergonomics. The analysis will be used to determine the optimal design for both patients and medical personnel. The final design produced in this research can meet the needs of the Department of Health as a mobile health care unit that can operate according to the needs of a wide range of activities. A design capable of operating as mobile clinics inside the unit without having to move to the other location outside the ship, cabin space that can change its configuration according to requirements of each activities, as well as the integrated medical devices storage with ease of access for each personnel in accordance with their work unit. The result is a mobile health care unit with the capability of handling the equivalent sub-health care centers that exist on the ground, with the superior flexibility and mobility of a LCT ship.
