Abstract
Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, lalulintas perdagangan
yang melalui pelabuhan Tanjung-Perak selalu meningkat.
Peningkatan perekonomian selalu memiliki dampak terhadap
buruk lingkungan. Karena setiap kapal yang berlabuh berpotensi
membuang limbah di area perairan pelabuhan.
Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah kapal yang
dapat membersikan tumpahan minyak. Sistem kerja teknologi ini
yaitu mengkondisikan kapal sebagai alat pengambil tumpahan
minyak di permukaan. Terdapat lubang di haluan kapal yang
berfungsi sebagai tempat masuk air. Untuk mengkondisikan agar
lubang pada kapal tepat diatas permukaan air, kapal dibantu
dengan sistem ballast. Dengan memposisikan kapal trim by bow.
Kemudian air yang masuk ditampung dalam tangki sementara.
Kemudian di pisahkan dengan sistem Oily Water Separator. Oli
yang terpisah akan dimasukkan dalam tangki kargo, sementara air
akan dibuang langsung ke laut.
Dalam rancangan ini, kapal memiliki ukuran :LOA =
13.490 m, Draft Full Load = 1.2 m, Draft Operation = 1.6 m, B =
4 m, H = 2 m, Vs = 9 kN. Dengan memiliki 2 oil skimmer dengan
kapasitas 1.5 m3/h dan 2.5 m3/h

The last few years, trade traffic through the port of
Tanjung-Perak is always increasing. Improved economy has
always had a bad impact on the environment. Because every ship
that docked potentially dispose of the waste in the waters of the
harbor area.
The researchers aim to design a ship that can clean the oil
spill. This technology is the system working as a tool maker to
condition the vessel oil spill on the surface. There is a hole in the
bow of the ship that serves as the entry point of the water. To
condition that the hole in the vessel just above the surface of the
water, the ship assisted with ballast systems. By positioning the
ship trim by bow. Then the incoming water is collected in the
tank while. Then separated by Oily Water Separator system.
Separate oil will be included in a cargo tank, while water will be
discharged directly into the sea.
In this arrangement, the principal dimention is LOA =
13.490 m, Draft Full Load = 1.2 m, Draft Operation = 1.6 m, B =
4 m, H = 2 m, Vs = 9 kN. There are 2 oil skimmer which have
capacity 1.5 m3/h and 2.5 m3/h.
