Abstract

Kebutuhan donat sebagai salah satu makanan ringan semakin bertambah, oleh karena itu industry kecil dan menengah dituntut untuk bias memproduksi donat dalam jumlah yang banyak. Agar dapat bersaing dengan produsen donat industry besar maka produsen donat home industry harus membuat produk yang berkualitas. Dari rangkaian proses pembuatan donat,pengadukan adonan tepung sangat menentukan kualitas donat, namun hingga sampai saat ini proses pengadukan yang dilakukan masih menggunakan alat manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta kapasitas adonan yang sedikit. Namun dengan menggunakan mesin pengaduk adonan mekanik yang menggunakan media pisau pengaduk produsen dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksinya. Pada mesin ini produksi donat dapat dimaksimalkan karena wadah adonan, kecepatan pengadukan dan waktu pengadukan singkat, sehingga bisa menghasilkan produk yang mempunyai kualitas dan kuantitas yang baik serta daya saing industri kecil semakin meningkat. ================================================================= Donut needs as one snack was increasing, therefore the small and medium industries are required to be able to produce donuts in large numbers. To be able to compete with the major industry manufacturers donut, they have to make a quality product. From a series of donut-making process, stirring flour dough will determine the quality donuts. But, until now performed stirring process is still using manual tools that take a long time and a little capacity for dough. But by using a kneading machine that uses mechanical stirrer blade media manufacturers can improve the quality and quantity of production. On this machine can be maximized because production donut dough container is large. Stirring speed and stirring time is short, so that it can produce a product that has good quality and good quantity. And then, the competitiveness of small industries is increasing.
