Abstract

Rencana pengendalian banjirdilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan banjir yang terjadi di saluran tersier BGI Utara dan saluran sekunder Citra Raya. Ketika musim hujan tiba, saluran sekunder dalam keadaan penuh sehingga saluran sekunder tersebut tidak mampu menampung debit dari saluran tersier. Durasi genangan yang terjadi selama 3 jam, dengan kedalaman genangan mencapai 1 m dan luas genangan sekitar 10 ha. Sehingga menyebabkan akses transportasi menjadi terhambat. Dalam perencanaan pengendalian banjir di Kawasan Bukit Golf Internasional Citraland Kota Surabaya ini dilakukan 2 analisa, yaitu analisa hidrologi dan analisa hidrolika. Dimana analisa hidrologi untuk menghitung curah hujan rencana, dan analisa hidrolika untuk perencanaan dimensi saluran. Kemudian dilakukan analisa alternatif pengendalian banjir jika debit rencana lebih besar dari kapasitas saluran. Alternatif terdiri dari normalisasi saluran dan memfungsikan boezem yang sudah ada. Alternatif pertama dengan menormalisasi saluran BGI Utara dan saluran Citra Raya. Normalisasi dilakukan dengan mengganti saluran eksisting BGI Utara pipa beton berdiameter 1,5m dengan pipa beton diameter 2m, dan mengganti saluran eksisting Citra Raya dengan Box Culvert uk 2,5m x 2,5m. Alternatif kedua dengan memfungsikan boezem A yang berada di bagian hilir saluran BGI Utara, dengan volume boezem 10932.470m3, yang mampu menampung Qrencana periode ulang 5tahun. Untuk Qrencana yang lebih besar dari periode ulang 5tahun maka dibutuhkan boezem yang lebih besar. Kata kunci : saluran, tersiser, sekunder, banjir, pipa beton, normalisasi,box culvert, boezem, Citraland. ========================================================= The flood control plan is motivated by flood problems occurring in North BGI tertiary channel and Citra Raya secondary channel. When the rainy season arrives, the secondary channels are in full condition so that the secondary can not accommodate the discharge of the tertiary channels. Duration of inundation that occurred for 3 hours, with a depth of puddle reaches 1 m and a puddle area of about 10 ha. So that cause transportation access become obstructed. In the planning of flood control in Citraland International Golf Hill Area of Surabaya City is done 2 analysis, that is hydrological analysis and hydraulics analysis. Where is the hydrological analysis to calculate the rainfall plan, and hydraulics analysis for the planning of channel dimension. Then an alternative analysis of flood control is performed if the discharge plan is greater than the channel capacity. The alternative consists of channel normalization and the functioning of existing boezem. The first alternative is to normalize the Northern BGI channel and Citra Raya channel. Normalization is done by replacing the existing channel of Northern BGI 1.5m diameter concrete pipe with 2m diameter concrete pipe, and replacing existing Citra Raya channel with Box Culvert uk 2.5m x 2.5m. The second alternative is to enable boezem A located in the lower part of North BGI channel, with the volume of boezem 10932,470 m3, which can accommodate discharge 5 year re-period.
