Abstract

Pabrik AMDK Koperasi Karyawan Keluarga Besar Petrokimia Gresik (K3PG) merupakan salah satu industri AMDK yang bergerak di bawah naungan PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Dalam melaksanakan proses produksi varian produk cup menggunakan mesin Auto Sealer 4x2 Line, perusahaan mengalami beberapa permasalahan, antara lain produk defect yang melebihi target maksimum yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan, seringnya penggantian part mesin, dan pengurangan speed mesin. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan perbaikan proses produksi produk cup berdasarkan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang menggambarkan tingkat efektivitas mesin dari parameter availability, performance rate dan quality rate. Parameter OEE tersebut akan diuraikan menjadi Six Big Losses. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada Pabrik AMDK K3PG terdapat breakdown time losses, setup and adjustment loading time, idling and minor stoppage, reduced speed, dan defects or rework losses. Akar permasalahan penyebab dari Six Big Losses yang terjadi akan diidentifikasi menggunakan analisis 5 whys. Selanjutnya akar permasalahan tersebut digunakan untuk menjadi input untuk Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengetahui urutan prioritas dari permasalahan yang terjadi, sehingga dapat menjadi acuan dalam merekomendasikan perbaikan pada Pabrik AMDK K3PG. Rekomendasi perbaikan diestimasikan mampu meningkatkan nilai OEE pada mesin Auto 4x2 Line dari yang sebelumnya 64,56% menjadi 74,43%. ========================================================================================================= Pabrik AMDK Koperasi Karyawan Keluarga Besar Petrokimia Gresik (K3PG) is one of drinking water industries which is also the subsidiary of PT. Petrokimia Gresik. In the production process of cup product variant using Auto Sealer 4x2 Line machine, this factory faces some problems, such as defect products that exceed the maximum standard that has been set by the factory, frequent machine parts replacement, and reduced machine speed. Therefore in this research, the production process of cup will be improved based on the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) which quantify the effectiveness of the machine from the availability, performance rate and quality rate parameters. Those OEE parameters will be broken down into Six Big Losses. Based on the research, losses in Pabrik AMDK K3PG are breakdown time losses, setup and adjustment loading time, idling and minor stoppage, reduced speed, and defects or rework losses. The root cause of those Six Big Losses will be identified using5 whys. The root cause identified will be the input of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to know the priority of the problems, and the reference of improvement recommendation in Pabrik AMDK K3PG. Improvement recommendation is estimated to be able to increase the OEE of Auto 4x2 Line machine from 64,56% to 74,43%.
