Abstract
Medical Center ITS tergolong sebagai klinik pratama yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS. Pelayan medis yang disediakan oleh Medical Center ITS adalah pelayanan medis dasar yaitu umum dan gigi serta pelayanan medis khusus yaitu psikologi dan kecantikan. Selain melakukan pelayanan kesehatan rutin yaitu konsultasi dokter, Medical Center ITS memiliki beragam aktifitas lainnya yaitu: seminar kesehatan, posyandu serta verifikasi kesehatan mahasiswa baru ITS, oleh karena itu tingkat kompleksitasnya lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan fasilitas kesehatan yang setara. Dengan keberagaman aktifitasnya, interior Medical Center ITS dirasa masih belum cukup menunjang kenyamanan aktifitas di dalamnya. Tuntutan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna jasa seperti sistem antrian yang terintegrasi, kemudahan mendapat informasi layanan serta kenyamanan dalam beraktifitas di area Medical Center ITS semakin tinggi. Begitupula untuk memenuhi persyaratan dan standar kesehatan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah. Selain itu, sebagai salah satu Unit Pelaksana Teknis ITS, Medical Center ITS masih belum memiliki branding image yang dirasa mampu merepresentasikan ITS. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan penataan ulang interior Medical Center ITS guna memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna jasa dan memenuhi persyaratan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan riset serta observasi secara langsung dan mengadakan kuisioner serta melakukan interview, lalu dilanjutkan dengan analisa secara objektif. Dari hasil analisa tersebut, diperoleh konsep perencanaan Desain Interior Medical Center ITS dengan Konsep Kontemporer yang Adaptif dan Fleksibel. Diharapkan konsep ini dapat menjawab kebutuhan dan fungsi Medical Center ITS sebagai sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS serta mampu memenuhi kewajiban sebagai UPT pelaksana kebutuhan kesehatan civitas akademika ITS.

Medical Center ITS is classified as pratama clinic which team up with BPJS to provide affordable medical treatment. Medical Center ITS provide basic medical treatments such as dental poly, general poly and specific treatments such as psychology poly and aesthetic poly. Aside from routine activities, Medical Center ITS perform another temporary activities held every year which are heath seminar, posyandu and health verification for freshmen of ITS and ITS’ civitas academica, therefore comparing with another healthcare of its classification Medical Center ITS has higher level of complexity. According to numbers of activities perform in this healthcare facility, its existing interior seems not support those activities optimally. Nowadays, while working to meet the requirements and standards from governance, the facility needs to pay more attention the requirements from patient such as integrated queuing system, ease of getting service information, and feeling of comfort while doing activities in the area. Being one of Unit Pelaksana Teknis in ITS, Medical Center ITS still does not has branding image that represent ITS in particular way. In purpose to enhance patience experiences and also to progressively meet the healthcare standards, rearrangement of Medical Center ITS’ interior become more necessary. In this case, collected data gathered through researching and observing the existing interior, interviewing the staff and also conduct questionnaire to the patients, later on writer performing objective analytical and making conclusion towards the data. Base on the analytical thinking above, Medical Center ITS interior design with adaptive and flexible contemporary concept came as the result of the planning concept. This concept expected to optimally meet the needs and functions of the healthcare facility that provide medical treatments which team up with BPJS as well as to fulfill the duty as UPT ITS which provide particular activities in term of ITS mandatory.
