Abstract

Dermaga Internasioal PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya terletak di Pelabuhan III Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Secara geografis terletak pada koordinat 7;12;S, 112;40E, di bagian ujung alur pelayaran di antara pulau Jawa dan pulau Madura sepanjang 25 mil. Dengan letaknya yang strategis strategis, karena berhubungan langsung dengan jalan Raya Tol Surabaya dan jalur Kereta Api, menjadikan dermaga di PT. TPS ini menjadi yang tersibuk ke 2 di Indonesia. Analisa dilakukan dengan bantuan software SAP 2000 untuk mempermudah proses analisa. Diharapkan hasil analisa dapat dijadikan acuan guna perbaikan struktur dermaga dan pengembangan fasilitas dermaga di PT. TPS.
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah tiang pancang masih “aman” apabila PT. TPS menambah 3 crane baru dan menambah kapasitas pelayanan kapal hingga 60000 DWT. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan didapat capacity ratio terbesar untuk pile dengan OD 1117.6 mm sebesar 0.196287 (kurang dari 1) dan pile dengan OD 711.2 mm sebesar 0.768785 (kurang dari 1) dan juga Dari hasil running analisis didapat defleksi sebesar 0.000000002422 (lebih kecil dari defleksi ijin sebesar 0.0407), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur masih “aman” dan tidak memerlukan modifikasi struktur untuk memperkuat dermaga dalam mengembangkan perencanaannya.

International Dock PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is located at Port III Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Geographically located at coordinates 7, 12, S, 112; 40E, at the end of the cruise line between the island of Java and the island of Madura along the 25 miles. With its strategic strategic location, because it is directly related to Surabaya Highway and Railway line, making the dock at PT TPS becomes the 2nd busiest in Indonesia. Analysis is done with the help of SAP 2000 to simplify the process of analysis. It is expected that the results of the analysis can be used as a reference for the improvement of dock structure and development of dock facilities in PT. TPS.
This final project aims to find out whether the pile is still "safe" if PT. TPS added 3 new cranes and increased ship service capacity to 60000 DWT. From the analysis results obtained the largest capacity ratio for pile with OD 1117.6 mm for 0.196287 (less than 1) and pile with OD 711.2 mm for 0.768785 (less than 1) and also from the results of running analysis obtained deflection of 0.000000002422 (smaller than deflection permit of 0.0407), so it can be concluded that the structure is still "safe" and does not require structural modification to strengthen the dock in developing its planning.
