Abstract

Salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual kepada konsumen dapat diraih dengan integrasi bisnis. Secara eksplisit integrasi bisnis dibagi menjadi strategi planning dan development. Strategi planning berfokus pada perencanaan supply dan demand, sedangkan strategi development bertujuan untuk menghasilkan financial sustainability. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor faktor kritis dari sisi produk dan jasa yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Metode Product and Service system (PSS) merupakan metode mampu mengintegrasikan planning, development, delivery, dari produk dan jasa yang dibutuhkan dalam bisnis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Faktor-faktor kritis dalam metode PSS bermacam-macam bergantung pada penelitian dan tujuan dari PSS itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dimana menilai apakah faktor dari metode PSS yang berpengaruh signifikan dalam bisnis rental mobil. Faktor modified requirement dari PSS rental mobil yang digunakan dalam rancangan model PSS bisnis rental mobil berjumlah 38, yang terdiri dari 26 faktor kritis technical artefact dan 12 faktor services Setelah dilakukan product and service realtionship matrix yang merupakan adaptasi dari house of quality, penelitian ini menghasilkan 6 faktor kritis dengan nilai hubungan tertinggi dari model PSS yang ada, tiga faktor kritis dari sisi produk adalah related product, availability dan flexibility. Faktor kritis dari sisi jasa adalah required resource, estimated result dan location of service application. Faktor kritis dari sisi produk dan jasa tersebut merupakan faktor kritis yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. ====================================================================================================== One of the company's strategy to increase the selling value to the consumer can be achieved by business integration. Explicitly business integration is divided into strategic planning and development. Strategy planning focuses on supply and demand planning, while the development strategy aims to generate financial sustainability. The purpose of this research is to identify the critical factor factors from the side of products and services that can increase consumer satisfaction. Method Product and Service system (PSS) is a method capable of integrating planning, development, delivery, from products and services needed in business to improve consumer satisfaction. Critical factors in the PSS method vary depending on the research and objectives of the PSS itself. This research uses quantitative descriptive research which assess whether the factor of PSS method that significant influence in car rental business. The modified requirement factor of PSS rental car used in the design of PSS model of car rental business amounted to 38, consisting of 26 critical factors of technical artefact and 12 factor services After done product and service realtionship matrix which is adaptation of house of quality, this research produce 6 the critical factor with the highest value of the existing PSS model, the three critical factors from the product side are related product, availability and flexibility. Critical factors in terms of services are required resource, result estimation and location of service application. Critical factors in terms of products and services are the critical factors that most influence consumer satisfaction.
