Abstract
Logistik merupakan proses bisnis dalam suatu perusahaan yang memberikan porsi besar pada biaya. Logistik outsourcing merupakan perusahaan pihak ketiga yang dipercaya oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan sebagian atau keseluruhan proses logistik pada suatu perusahaan. Kebijakan dalam menggunakan logistik outsourcing pada suatu perusahaan akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi perusahan. Penggunaan logistik outsourcing pada suatu perusahaan merupakan suatu keputusan yang tepat dilakukan oleh perusahaan karena akan berkaitan dengan efisien biaya yang dimliki oleh perusahaan. Ketergantungan serta relationship commitment yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan pengguna jasa logistik dan perusahaan pengguna jasa logistik menjadi sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Penggunaan logistik outsourcing akan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja operasional perusahaan. Survey dilakukan kepada 53 perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur, distributor, dan retailer yang menggunakan penyedia jasa logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari ketergantungan dan relationship commitment pada perusahaan yang menggunakan logistik outsourcing terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis terkait hubungan antara ketergantungan, relationship commitment, logistik outsourcing dan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketergantungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan logistik outsourcing, sedangkan hubungan dengan jasa penyedia logistik berpengaruh. Penggunaan logistik outsourcing dapat mempengaruhi kinerja operasional perusahaan.

Logistic is a business process in a company which gives a big portion in expense. Logistics Outcourching is a third party company which is believed by the company to be partially or full responsible for logistic process in a company. The policy of utilizing logistics outsourching in a company will be very influental for the eficiency of that company. The use of logistics outsourching in a company consider to be the right decision done which will have a connection with the expense eficiency owned by the company. Dependency and relationship commitment between the company logistics service users and the company logistics service providers become the most important things which sould be paid attention to. The use of logistics outsourching will affected the operational performance of the company. The survey was conducted to 53 compenies engaged in manufacturing, distributors, and retailers who use logistics outsourcing. This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate commitment to outsourcing strategy. The result of this study indicate a reliance on the use of outsourcing logistics, while the relationship with services. The use of outsourced logistics can affect the operational performance of the company.
