Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi kekayaan laut yang sangat besar. Namun maraknya pencurian ikan, overfishing, dan perubahan iklim membuat produktivitas perikanan Indonesia menurun. Penurunan ini dapat diatasi dengan meningkatkan produksi perikanan Indonesia melalui aquaculture. Teknologi aquaculture yang saat ini tengah dikembangkan adalah offshore aquaculture atau aquaculture lepas pantai. Dalam dua dekade terakhir berbagai macam desain struktur offshore aquaculture telah dikembangkan, salah satunya adalah collar cage aquaculture. Setiap struktur bangunan laut termasuk aquaculture pasti terkena beban lingkungan sehingga perlu dilakukan perhitungan kekuatan struktur secara statis maupun dinamis. Tension maksimum yang dialami struktur terjadi pada mooring line 1 pada heading 0°. Tegangan von mises maksimum yang dialami struktur adalah 15.27 MPa. Secara statis struktur dinyatakan aman karena tegangan maksimumnya lebih kecil daripada tegangan ijin struktur, 20 MPa. Selain itu dilakukan analisa terhadap fatigue life dengan metode deterministic menggunakan S-N Curve, yaitu dengan meninjau rasio kerusakan komulatif (D) akibat beban yang diterima struktur. Nilai D maksimum pada struktur adalah 0.3024 serta memiliki umur kelelahan 66.12 tahun

Indonesia has enormous potential of marine resources. However the rise of illegal fishing, overfishing and climate change have effect on decreasing fishery productivity in Indonesia. This situation can be overcomed by developing aquaculture. Aquaculture technology that currently under development is offshore aquaculture. In the last two decades various designs of offshore aquaculture structures have been developed, one of which is collar cage aquaculture. Each offshore structure including aquaculture is exposed to the fluctuating environmental load, so it is necessary to calculate the strength of the structure statically and dynamically. The maximum tension experienced by the structure occurs on the mooring line 1 on the heading 0 °. The maximum von mises stress of the structure is 15.27 MPa. Statically, the structure is declared safe because its maximum tension is smaller than the structure allowable strength, 20 MPa. Additionally, fatigue life analysed using deterministic method using S-N Curve is done by reviewing the ratio of cumulative damage (D) due to the load received by the structure. The maximum D value in the structure is 0.3024 and has a fatigue life of 66.12 years.
