Abstract

Barge atau tongkang merupakan struktur terapung yang banyak digunakan di banyak operasi kelautan seperti load-out, trasnport, lifting dan launching. Tugas akhir ini meninjau sistem tambat barge pengangkut dalam operasi lifting wellhead platform. Tongkang ditambatkan dengan 8 mooring lines. Tiga kondisi dianalisis dalam tugas akhir ini. Pertama, kondisi full-load, di mana semua berat platform sepenuhnya pada tongkang, kedua, kondisi half-load, di mana setengah beban dari platform diangkat dan ketiga, kondisi empty-load, di mana platform kepala sumur terangkat sepenuhnya. Gerakan tongkang dan tegangan tambat pada masing-masing kondisi dibandingkan. Selanjutnya, tegangan tali tambat maksimum setiap kondisi diperiksa untuk memenuhi API RP 2SK. Tegangan tali tambat ditampilkan dalam istilah Safety Factor (SF) yang merupakan perbandingan antara tegangan yang terjadi dengan tegangan yang diijinkan. Temuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah bahwa mooring line 2 mengalami faktor keamanan tertinggi, sedangkan mooring line 7 memiliki factor keamanan terendah. Besarannya masing-masing adalah 15,397 dan 1,935. =========================================================================================================== Barges have been widely used in many marine operations such as load out, transporting, lifting and launching operations. In this final project, mooring system of an installation barge in a lifting operation of wellhead platform was investigated. The barge was moored by 8 mooring lines. Three conditions were analysed. First, the full load condition, in which all weight of wellhead platform was fully on the barge, the half load condition, in which half of the wellhead platform was lifted and the empty load condition, in which the wellhead platform was fully lifted. The barge motions and mooring tensions of each conditions were compared and contrasted. Subsequently, the maximum mooring line tensions of each conditions were checked to comply with API RP 2SK. The mooring tensions displayed in the term of Safety Factor (SF) which was the comparision of occurred tensions and allowable tensions. The finding of this final project was that mooring line 2 experienced the highest safety factor, while mooring line 7 had the least safety factor. The number were 15.397 and 1.935 in turn.
