Abstract
PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya merupakan pelabuhan yang sudah menunjukan repurtasinya yang sangat baik di bidang jasa yang mampu melayani kebutuhan para eksportir dan importir di kawasan Indonesia bagian timur dengan adanya dermaga domestik dan dermaga internasional, oleh karena itu dengan banyaknya kapal yang berlabuh di PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya, standar fasiltas pada pelabuhan harus diperhatikan. Tujuan tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perhitungan pada desain kolam labuh di pelabuhan PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya untuk mengevaluasi kolam labuh dengan menggunakan beberapa standar dan peraturan dari Dirjen perhubungan laut (1984), OCDI (2002), Kramadibrata (2002), Mentri Perhubungan (2004). Di dapatkan 2 skenario desain kolam labuh untuk PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya, skenario 1 mempunyai panjang 550 m, lebar 100 m, dan kedalaman -10.5 m, skenario 2 mempunya panjang 550 m, lebar 100 m, dan kedalaman -12 m. Untuk meninjau laju sedimentasi menggunakan delft3D dan untuk memperhitungkan volume keruk menggunakan surfer, yang mana nantinya juga akan diketahui biaya pengerukannya.

PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is a port that has very good repurtation in the field who are able to serve the needs of importers and exporters in the area of the eastern part of Indonesia with the domestic Pier and Pier International, therefore with the many of ships that docked at PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya, standard facility on the Harbor to watch out for. The purpose of this final project will do the calculation on the design of basin at the port PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya to evaluate existing basin by using some of the standards and regulations of the Directorate General of sea transportation (1984), OCDI (2002), Kramadibrata (2002), Minister of transportation (2004). In the get 2 scenario design of basin for PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya, scenario 1 has a length of 550 m, 100 m width and depth -10.5 m, scenario 2 has a length of 550 m, 100 m width and depth -12 m. To review the rate of sedimentation using delft3D and to take account of the dredging volume using the surfer, which later would be known the cost of dredging.
