Abstract

Jalan Kalianak Surabaya adalah Jalan Arteri Primer yang menghubungkan kota Surabaya dengan kota Gresik. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan kendaraan terutama pada kendaraan niaga membuat kondisi jalan kalianak banyak mengalami kerusakan,serta saluran drainase yang kurang berfungsi secara optimal,membuat jalan kalianak ini sering mengalami kebanjiran pada saat hujan deras mengguyur. Pada proyek peningkatan jalan kali ini,perhitungan pertebalan lapis perkerasan menggunakan metode “Perencanaan Beton Semen Pd-T-14-2003”, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Departemen Permukiman dan Prasarana Wilayah. Dengan menambah lapis ulang perkerasan beton semen di atas eksisting jalan yang semula aspal beton,diharapkan bisa memikul beban kendaraan niaga yang lewat selama umur rencana 20 tahun,serta dengan tidak mengubah trase jalan dan menambah lebar 1m di sisi kiri dan 1m di sisi kanan. Proyek peningkatan jalan kalianak ini menggunakan lapis tambah dengan lean concrete K-150 setebal 10 cm dan dilapisi lagi dengan beton semen K-400 setebal 25 cm. Pada saluran drainase digunakan beton precast U-ditch dengan ukuran 1m x 1m x 1,2m. ============================================================================================= Jalan Kalianak Surabaya is the Primary Arterial Road connecting two cities, Surabaya and Gresik. Increased growth of transportation, especially the ones supporting commercial activities, causes a lot of damage along the road. Accompanied by less functioning drainage channels, Jalan Kalianak is often flooded during heavy rain. In this road improvement project, the calculation of pavement layer thickness uses "Concrete Cement Pd-T-14-2003 Planning", Bina Marga Public Works Service, Department of Settlement and Regional Infrastructure. By adding reinforced concrete pavement over the existing concrete asphalt road, it is expected to withstand passing transportation loads over the next 20 years in plan, without changing the road trace and added the road width 1m in the left side and 1m in the right side. This improvement project of Jalan Kalianak uses additional layers, consisting of 10 cm K-150 lean concrete. Then will be coated again using 25 cm K-400 concrete. In drainage channel, U-ditch precast concrete used with 1m x 1m x 1,2m size.
