Abstract
Sebanyak 8,76% rumah tangga di Kecamatan Krian melakukan perilaku Buang Air Besar Sembarang (BABS). Kondisi tersebut belum memenuhi target RPJMN tahun 2019 meliputi pelayanan 100% sektor sanitasi. Selain itu, target pelayanan air limbah domestik di Krian dengan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah Domestik (IPALD) belum terpenuhi oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
Perencanaan dilakukan pada Desa Terungwetan, Desa Terungkulon, Desa Jerukgamping, Desa Gamping, Desa Terik, dan Desa Kraton. Perencanaan ini menggunakan proyeksi penduduk metode geometri dengan periode perencanaan 5 tahun. Pemetaan terhadap penduduk berperilaku BABS dilakukan sebelum merencanakan Sistem Penyaluran Air Limbah (SPALD) dan IPALD. SPALD yang digunakan adalah shallow sewer dengan unit pengolahan berupa Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR). Analisis biaya dihitung menggunakan HSPK Kota Surabaya 2017 meliputi biaya pembangunan serta biaya operasional dan perawatan selama 5 tahun.
Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan kebutuhan untuk2-3 unit ABR untuk masing-masing wilayah. Rentang dimensi ABR mencakup lebar 3,4 – 4,5 m; panjang 17,2 – 14,5 m; dan tinggi bangunan 3,4 – 3,7 m. Jumlah kompartemen ABR bervariasi antara 5-6 ruang per unit ABR. Kebutuhan biaya pembangunan bervariasi antara Rp 1.023.060.258,- hingga Rp 3.016.936.783,-. Sementara itu, kebutuhan biaya operasional bervariasi antara Rp 87.519.024,- hingga Rp 138.580.800,-.

In 2016, 8,76% household of Krian are practicing open defecation. Meanwhile, the RPJMN goal for 100% sanitation services need to be done by 2019. Sidoarjo Government has set Krian to be included in domestic wastewater treatment Plant (WWTP) services. Currently, There is only 1 WWTP in Krian’s slaughterhouse. Thus, this design is written to cope with the WWTP shortage in Krian by providing design of domestic sanitation sewerage and wastewater treatment plant.
Planning was held in Terungwetan, Terungkulon, Jerukgamping, Gamping, Terik, Kraton. The geometric population forecast method is used by 5 years planning period. The household which are practicing open defecation are mapped. The shallow sewer system is used for this design. Subsequently, ABR is designed as main WWTP. The budget plan calculation consist of construction cost and 5 years operating cost based on HSPK Surabaya 2017.
The calculation show that 2-3 units ABR with 4-5 compartements are needed in each zone. The length, widht, and heght varies form 14,5-17,2 m; 3,4-4,5 m; and 3,4-3,7m. Construction cost varied from antara Rp 1.023.060.258,- hingga Rp 3.016.936.783,- while the operating cost varied from Rp 87.519.024,- up to Rp 138.580.800,-. per year.
