Abstract

Analisis keandalan diperlukan dalam perencanaan penambahan fasilitas. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis keandalan dilakukan secara lokal pada J-tube dan clamp yang berfungsi untuk menyokong umbillicals pada struktur W Platform. Terdapat gaya dan tegangan yang bekerja pada struktur akibat adanya beban lingkungan serta beban dari struktur itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian berupa indeks keandalan clamp terhadap von Mises terbesar yang terjadi diantara 6 buah clamp. Dari hasil analisis lokal diketahui bahwa tegangan von Mises paling besar terjadi pada J-tube 2 untuk clamp dengan elevasi (+) 4.178 m sebesar 57.33 MPa. Penilaian keandalan dilakukan dengan metode Advanced First Order Second Moment untuk mengetahui indeks keandalan yang terjadi akibat penambahan umbillicals. Indeks keandalan J-tube clamp terhadap tegangan von Mises yang terjadi sebesar 2.4. Berdasarkan API RP 2A – Load and Resistance Factor Design indeks keandalan untuk sambungan adalah sebesar 2.5, sehingga dapat dikatakan struktur J-tube clamp belum memenuhi kriteria desain LRFD. ============================================================================================================== Reliability analysis is required in the planning of additional facilities. In this research, reliability analysis is done locally on J - tube and clamp which serve to support subsea ca bles on W Platform . There are forces and stresses acting on the structure due to the environmental load and the load of the structure itself. The result of the research is clamp reliability index to maximum von Mises stress that occur s between 6 clamps. From the results of local analysis it is known that the maximum von Mises stress occurs on J - tube 2 for clamp with elevation (+) 4.178 m of 57.33 MPa. Assessment of reliability is done by Advanced First Order Second Moment method to find out the reliability index that occurs due to the addition of umbillic als . The reliability index of J - tube clamp structure with maximum von Mises stress analysis is 4.33 . Based on API RP 2A - Load and Resistance Factor Design, reliability index for connection is 4.5, so it can be said that J - tube clamp structure has not fulf illed LRFD design criteria.
