Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial yang semakin meningkat memberi dampak pada pertukaran informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin mudah. Fungsi dari media sosial pun semakin beragam, selain digunakan untuk berinteraksi, media sosial juga menjadi sarana untuk berbisnis. Dengan pengguna yang semakin meningkat tiap harinya, tak ayal makin banyak pengguna media sosial yang memanfaatkan media sosial untuk menciptakan pasar bisnisnya sesuai segmentasi pasarnya. Tapi, melihat dari ratusan bahkan ribuan pengguna dan informasi yang terus bertambah setiap harinya. Penelitan ini mencoba melakukan pembuatan prototipe dashboard engagement yang dapat menampilkan segmentasi pasar berdasarkan demografi pengguna. Harapannya dapat membantu pemilik usaha dalam memahami segmentasi pasarnya dan membuat engagement dengan penggunanya. Prototipe dashboard akan dikembangkan dengan metode user centered design menggunakan power BI.

The ever-increasing development of social media had an impact on the easier exchange of information and communications. The function of social media is also more diverse, in addition to being used to interact, social media is also a means to do business. With increasing users every day, many of them has use social media to create market business according to market segmentation. But, looking at the hundreds and even thousands of users and information that continues to grow everyday, this research attempts to do a dashboard prototype of engagement that can display market segmentation based on user demographics. This dashboard expected to help business owners in understanding the market segmentation and make engagement with users. The dashboard prototype will be developed using user centered design method using power BI desktop.
