Abstract
Bidang properti merupakan bidang yang prospektif. Karena bersifat sebagai kebutuhan dasar manusia, bidang properti akan selalu di cari. Di kota besar, persaingan pengembang (developer) dalam menawarkan produk kepada masyarakat semakin ketat. Pengembang perlu menghadirkan konsep hunian yang menarik, agar produk properti dapat bersaing. Di Surabaya Timur, saat ini sedang dikembangkan konsep superblok Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon. Dengan produknya berupa apartmen dan lifestyle mall. Pihak pengembang ingin menyediakan kebutuhan hunian masyarakat yang bersifat relaksasi dan nuansa alami, untuk menjawab masalah masyarakat perkotaan yang identik dengan tingkat stress yang tinggi. Untuk memasarkan produknya, pihak pengembang mendirikan sebuah fasilitas berupa Galeri Kantor Pemasaran. Tidak hanya sebagai unit pemasaran, Galeri Kantor Pemasaran juga berfungsi sebagai kegiatan administratif proyek. Namun, saat ini Interior Galeri Kantor Pemasaran Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon masih kurang representatif terhadap brand yang ingin ditawarkan. Brand yang kokoh dapat mempengaruhi kesan dan kepercayaan masyarakat pada sebuah produk.
Oleh karenanya penataan ulang Galeri Kantor Pemasaran perlu mempertimbangkan aspek branding, agar mendukung pencapaian target penjualan. Sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada profit dan keberlangsungan proyek. Dalam proses desain, diperlukan analisa data berupa analisa eksisting, studi terkait, dan pengambilan data pendukung melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang objektif.
Dari data yang diperoleh, diperoleh konsep perancangan Desain Interior Galeri Kantor Pemasaran Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon dengan konsep eco-design bernuansa natural kontemporer. Diharapkan konsep tersebut dapat menjawab permasalahan eksisting mengenai branding, segmentasi pengguna, dan sirkulasi ruang.

Property sector are prospering field. As basic human need, property are always been seek. In Big cities, developer as property provider really have to compete each other to sell their product. As innovative strategy, developer should offer new concept of living in order to differ the product from the competitor. Currently in east Surabaya there will be develop a superblock concept of Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon, with their product Apartment and Lifestyle Mall. As Differentiation from other competitior, Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon will provide concept of relax and natural living as the result of high level pressure in society of big cities. To sell thei product, the developer build a facilities of Marketing Office Gallery. Not only funcion as marketing but also function as administrative Office in the same building. But currently, the Marketing Office Gallery of Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon are not representative with their Brand Image of the product. Strong impression of Brand Image are important to influence potential buyer.
Because of that, Redesign of Marketing Office Gallery should considering brand image aspect to support achievement of marketing sector and achiving profit of company/developer so that affect sustainability of the project. In the design process, the data analysis required of related existing through observation, interview, and quessionnaire to get objective data. From the data proccessing, concluded that the concept of Marketing Office Gallery use eco-design and natural contemporary nuance to support branding aspect, user segmentation, and room sirrculation.
