Abstract
Pada Tugas Akhir ini, telah dilakukan penyelidikan pada keadaan gugus dua, tiga, dan empat qubit. Keadaan-keadaan tersebut memenuhi tiga definisi dari keadaan gugus. Ketiga definisi dari keadaan gugus yaitu tebelit maksimal, ketahanan tinggi, dan apabila sekumpulan operator dioperasikan pada keadaan gugus tersebut maka akan menghasilkan keadaan gugus itu sendiri. Keadaan gugus dua qubit ekuivalen dengan keadaan Bell, keadaan gugus tiga qubit ekuivalen dengan keadaan GHZ, dan keadaan gugus empat qubit ekuivalen dengan keadaaan |psi>1234. Selain penyelidikan pada keadaan-keadaan gugus, telah dilakukan perumusan teleportasi kuantum informasi satu qubit dan dua qubit sembarang melalui keadaan gugus empat qubit. Diperoleh hasil, keadaan satu qubit dan dua qubit sembarang dapat diteleportasikan melalui keadaan gugus empat qubit.

In this Final Project, investigation has been made on two, three, and four qubit cluster state. These states fulfill three definitions of cluster states. The three definitions of cluster states are maximally entangled, high persistency, and a set of operators which is operated on the cluster states will produce the cluster states themselves. A two qubit cluster state is equivalent to Bell state, a three qubit of cluster state is equivalent to GHZ state, and a four qubit cluster state is equivalent to state |psi>1234. In addition to investigation on cluster states, formulations of quantum teleportation of information of an arbitrary one qubit and two qubit via four qubit cluster state have been made. The results are information or state of an arbitrary one qubit and two qubit can be teleported by four qubit cluster state.
