Abstract
Dalam melakukan tugas operasional untuk menjaga kebersihan kota Surabaya, DKRTH memiliki kendaraan operasional yang terdiri dari jenis, merk, usia dan jumlah yang berbeda. Saat ini DKRTH telah melakukan preventive maintenance dengan melakukan penggantian oli, filter oli dan filter bahan bakar setiap 7000 km dan jika terjadi failure dilakukan corrective maintenance. Berdasarkan wawancara diketahui bahwa hampir setiap hari terdapat kendaraan yang rusak sehingga mengganggu pelaksanaan tugas operasional. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data sekunder dari SIMDADA dan 3 bengkel kerjasama DKRTH, dari data tersebut dilakukan evaluasi pencatatan failure kendaran, dimana pencatatan yang dilakukan selama ini tidak rapi dan lengkap, sehingga pada penelitian ini dibuat rancangan sistem informasi pemeliharaan yang bertujuan agar pencatatan data failure dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan meminimalisir kesalahan input data kedepannya. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan pengujian paramater kapan kendaraan dilakukan pemeliharaan, dari pengujian didapatkan bahwa jarak tempuh (km) kendaraan menjadi parameter untuk menentukan kapan kendaraan harus dilakukan pemeliharaan. Dengan perbaikan tersebut, DKRTH dapat menghitung mean time to failure (MTTF) kendaraan untuk menentukan penjadwalan pemeliharaan dan perhitungan umur sisa kendaraan.

In performing duties to maintain the cleanliness of Surabaya, DKRTH has operational vehicles that consist of several types, brands, ages and numbers. Currently, DKRTH has conducted preventive maintenance by performing oil changes, oil filters and fuel filters every 7000 km, and if there were failure, corrective maintenance would be conducted. Based on the interview, it is known that almost every day there is some damage on vehicle that disrupt the operational activity. In this study, the authors collected data from SIMDADA and 3 workshops that collaborate with DKRTH, the datas were evaluated on the failure record of the vehicles. from the evaluation, it was found that the data record was disorganized and uncomplete. Therefore, in this study the author tried to design the maintenance information system to record the data in order to minimize errors in the input process. In this research, the author also tested the time parameters to conduct maintenance. From this testing, it was found that the mileage (km) would be the most appropriate parameter to determine the maintenance schedule. With these improvements, DKRTH could calculate the mean time to failure (MTTF) of the vehicle to determine the maintenance scheduling and calculate the vehicle's residual life time.
