Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul rancang bangun sistem aktuator pada otomasi greenhouse urban farming yang bertujuan untuk mengkondisikan iklim mikro didalam greenhouse dan memperoleh output yang tepat dalam sistem otomasi greenhouse. Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu greenhouse urban farming di kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya dengan ukuran 16x6 meter. Alat yang digunakan adalah 12 modul sensor yang terhubung dengan sistem kontrol, 12 buah solenoid valve dan 4 buah kipas. Dari hasil validasi kontrol, kerja relay sangat baik dalam menanggapi data yang diberikan sensor dengan waktu delay hanya satu detik, sehingga kerja aktuator sangat efektif dalam mengkondisikan iklim mikro di dalam greenhouse. Jumlah aktuator yang digunakan mampu memenuhi target suhu dan kelembapan yang diinginkan yaitu 300C untuk suhu minimal dan 90% untuk nilai kelembapan minimal. ============================================================================================================== The research has been done with the title of actuator system design on urban farming greenhouse automation which aims to condition the micro climate within the greenhouse and obtain the right output in the greenhouse automation system. The study was conducted at one of the urban greenhouse farming on the campus of Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya with size 16x6 meters. The tool used is 12 sensor modules connected to the control system, 12 solenoid valve and 4 fan. From the validation results of the control, the relay work is very good in response to the data provided by the sensor with a delay time of only one second, so actuator work is very effective in conditioning the micro climate in the greenhouse. The number of actuators used is able to meet the desired temperature and humidity target of 300C for minimum temperature and 90% for minimum humidity value
