Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang mempunyai potensi gempa tinggi sehingga diperlukan bangunan tahan gempa. Pada struktur baja terdapat beberapa sistem rangka untuk merencanakan bangunan tahan gempa, salah satunya adalah Sistem Rangka Bresing Konsentris (SRBK). Hotel Swis Belinn Darmo Centrum Surabaya awalnya dikonstruksikan menggunakan struktur beton bertulang, yang kemudian penulis modifikasi menggunakan struktur baja, Sistem Rangka Bresing Konsenris Biasa (SRBKB) dan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dimana struktur rangka harus didesain berperilaku strong column weak beam untuk memastikan tidak terjadi sendi plastis di kolom yang dapat menyebabkan story mechanism.
Hotel Swis Belinn Centrum Darmo Surabaya memilik 1 lantai basement, 16 lantai dan rangka atap struktur baja. Perhitungan konstruksi bangunan baja Sistem Rangka Bresing Konsentris (SRBK) ini mengacu pada Spesifikasi untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural menurut SNI 03-1729-2015, Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1726-2012, Beban Minimum Perencanaan Gedung SNI 03-1727-2013. Efek dinamis gempa dengan metode respon spektrum sebagai analisa struktur dihitung menggunakan program SAP 2000v14.2.2 untuk mendapatkan dimensi struktur yang optimal.
Dari hasil analisis didapatkan tebal pelat bondek atap sebesar 9 cm, tebal pelat bondek lantai ruang hotel sebesar 13 cm, dimensi balok anak atap WF 300x150x6,5x9, balok anak lantai hotel WF 350x175x7x11, balok induk atap melintang WF450x200x9x14, balok induk atap memanjang WF 350x175x7x11, balok induk melintang H 450x300x12x22, balok induk memanjang H 450x300x12x22, untuk jenis struktur balok lainya dapat dilihat pada kesimpulan, kolom komposit Kingcross 700x300x13x24 untuk kolom tengah lantai satu sampai empat, dan kolom komposit Kingcross 588x300x12x20 untuk lantai lima sampai enam belas dan lantai satu sampai enam belas untuk kolom tepi. Direncanakan pondasi dengan dimensi tiang pancang bulat berdiameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 50m. Direncanakan sloof dengan dimensi 50cm x 75cm. ======================================================================================================= Indonesia is one of the countries that have high earthquake potential so that earthquake resistant building is needed. In the steel structure there are several braced systems for planning earthquake resistant buildings, one of those are the Ordinay Concentrically Braced Frame (OCBF). The Swiss Belinn Darmo Centrum Surabaya Hotel was originally constructed using a reinforced concrete structure, which was then modified using a steel structure using the Ordinay Concentrically Braced Frame (OCBF) and a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMF) in which the frame structure must be designed to behave strong column weak beams to ensure there is no plastic joints in the column that can cause the story mechanism.

Swiss Belinn Darmo Centrum Surabaya Hotel has 1 basement floor, 16 floors and steel structure roof. The calculation of Ordinay Concentrically Braced Frame (OCBF) refers to the Specification for Structural Steel Building Building according to SNI 03-1729-2015, Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedure for Building Structure SNI 03-1726-2012, Minimum Planning Expense SNI 03 -1727-2013. The earthquake dynamic effect with spectrum response method as structural analysis is calculated using SAP 2000v14.2.2 program to obtain optimal structure dimension.


The analytical result, the thickness of the roof bond plate is 9 cm, the thickness of the floor plate of the hotel room is 13 cm, the dimension of the transverse roof beam WF 300x150x6,5x9, WF 350x175x7x11 floor transverse beam, WF450x200x9x14 roof beam, roof beam lengthwise WF 350x175x7x11 , H 450x300x12x22 main cross beam, main extending beam H 450x300x12x22, for other types of beam structures can be seen in conclusion, composite columns of 700x300x13x24 Kingcross for middle columns of floors one through four, and composite columns of Kingcross 588x300x12x20 for floors five through sixteen and first floor through sixteen for the edge column. Planned foundation with dimensions of round piles 60 cm in diameter with a depth of 50m. Planned sloof with dimensions 50cm x 75cm.
