Abstract

Analisis kekuatan pada struktur lambung pada pembangkit listrik arus laut sangat diperlukan karena memiliki peranan penting untuk penghubung antara buoy dengan lambung platform yang berjumlah empat berupa chain dan empat nilon dalam masa operasinya. Analisis kekuatan strukturnya mengacu pada besaran maksimum tegangan ekuivalen Von Mises dengan software Solidwork 2016x64 untuk memenuhi kriteria jenis material AISI 1050 (yield stress 530 MPa) yang beroperasi di titik perairan selat toyapakehnusa penida – bali (kab. kelungkung). Hasil analisis statis pada struktur tersebut menunjukkan telah memenuhi kriterianya dengan tegangan Von Mises maksimumnya sebesar 42.218 MPa (bouyancy) dan 126.045 MPa windslas terhadap lambung platform. Analisis berawal dengan perhitungan manual untuk mengetahui perbedaan titik berat platform saat floating dan dengan metode regresi statistik berdasarkan data kapal pada umumnya. Selanjutnya, lambung platform pembangkit arus laut dimodelkan dengan maxsuf dan selanjutnya di input dalam software MOSES V8.I untuk analisis respons strukturnya dan mendapatkan outputnya untuk diinputkan ke software Orcaflex 9.2 untuk analisis tegangan maksimum tiap mooring line. Tegangan maksimum yang didapatkan dari tiap skenario analisis selalu terjadi pada mooring line ke-1 chain dan line ke-2 nilon saat beroperasi bebas di tengah laut sebesar 437.62 kN dan 300.74 kN ======================================================================================================== strength analysis on hull structure in sea wave power plant is needed cause have important impact to connecting bouy with hull platform amount 4. Strength analysis based on how much the value maximal for Von Mises equivalent tension using Solidwork 2016x64 software to fill up the criteria AISI 1050 material (yield stress 530 MPa) which is to operate in Toyapakehnusa Penida Bali Strait (Kelungkung District) Static analysis on structure showing the criteria for Vos Mises tension in windlass connection to hull platform amount 42.218 MPa (buoyancy) and 126.045 MPa is fulfilled. The analysis start with manual calculation to determine difference of center gravity of platform when its floating with regression statistic method based on ship data. Furthermore, sea wave power plant hull platform modeled by maxsurf and inputed on MOSES V8.I software to response structure analysis and getting output. The output is needed for data input in Orcaflex 9.2, then analyzed maximum tension in each mooring line. Maximum tension obtained from mostly value in each analysis in mooring line to -1 and nylon line to -2 when its operated in free at sea, amount 437.62 kN and 300.74 kN.
