Abstract

Dalam Dunia Industri Saat Ini Penggunaan Conveyor Sudah Sangat Umum Kita Jumpai Dalam Berbagai Macam Skala Industri Dimana Sebelum Ditemukannya Conveyor Proses Pemindahan Barang Industri Menggunakan Tenaga Manusia Yang Memiliki Banyak Kekurangan.Dengan Adanya Conveyor Yang Dapat Dikendalikan Dengan Teknologi Otomasi Maka Proses Pemindahan Barang Pada Suatu Industri Menjadi Lebih Efisien.Berdasarkan Hal Tersebut,Dimana Dalam Proses Pengendalian Conveyor Akan Digunakan Kontroler Yang Berupa PLC,Maka Suatu Metode Diperlukan Untuk Mengontrol Conveyor Tersebut.Salah Satu Metode Yang Dapat Digunakan Untuk Mengendalikan Conveyor Menggunakan PLC Adalah Metode Cascade,Dimana Metode Tersebut Berperan Dalam Menyusun Rangkaian Ladder Diagram Pada PLC Sehingga Proses Pembuatan Ladder Dapat Lebih Efisien.

In The World Of Industry Nowaday The Use Of Conveyor Is Very Common We Have Encountered In Various Industrial Scales Where Before The Invention Of Conveyor The Process Of Moving Industrial Goods Was Using Human Power That Has Many Deficiencies. With The Conveyor That Can Be Controlled With Automation Technology The Process Of Moving Goods In An Industry Will Be More Efficient.Based On That, Where In The Process Of Controlling The Conveyor Will Be Used A Controller Which Is A PLC, Then A Method Is Required To Control The Conveyor And A Method That Can Be Used To Control The Conveyor Using PLC Is Cascade Method, Where The Method Plays A Role In Arranging The Circuit Of Ladder Diagrams On The PLC So That The Ladder-Making Process Can Be More Efficient.
